The service at this location is the worst I've ever experienced. The manager on duty was the main cause, she was a Hispanic woman with no business etiquette at all. On Saturday evening when all the other restaurants had crazy lines, her and two other staff members standing at the counter idol. I went there because there was no line, so I thought wow let's go here where there's no lines and I found out why. The manager has the worst attitude and she performed in front of staff members, bad service no business. I didn't get anything I gave my money to the pizzeria, where service was top notch and the food was worth it. Get it together or go under.

I went there today 2:00. The food was cold. The Shrimp was cold hard.. The mashed potatoes cold. She put some mashed potatoes want to say in the microw and when I went to eat Hot It put a blister in my mouth. It was that hot the gravy taste like water. It was a very bad experience. It used to be good in Middletown. The best place to go now is in Bear Delaware. Their food is always hot and mmmm good.

Me and my wife just got a large thing of chicken from the Middletown Delaware popeye's store.It was the worst chicken I've had in my life. Me and my wife both agree it had no taste. Tasted like flour.and Old nasty oil !!!

I pickup doordash and other servers from this location and everytime I'm picking up an order I get physical attitude from the employees. On top of that they don't care for dash orders, I watch them literally throw the food in the bag and hand it to me with one sticker barely hanging on and sometimes a giant tear down the side of the bag and when I kindly ask them to fix it they just slap a new sticker on the tear and throw it back at me

Went at 7:15 on 1/14/24. The sign on the door said the lobby was open til 8. Both doors were locked up. They said only the drive-up was open. The sign on the door had a place to put a phone number to call if they weren't open, but it was not filled in. They should update the store hours if they are not accurate.
Ordered fried chicken wings and it was not properly cleaned. Chicken wings had feathers on them.

My sister and I went to the Popeyes when it was almost time for it to close. The gentleman inside were polite and respectful and very efficient when delivering our order. They did not know it but we had just suffered a loss in our family. It is always heartwarming to know that people are courteous and doing their jobs above and beyond when you need it most.

I love popeyes, but every time I go to the one in Middletown, DE either my soda (sprite) is flat or they give me the wrong order. Then when you let corporate know they want to give you a biscuit for your troubles. It gets frustrating when you get home wanting to have a meal just to open it up to something you didn't order. Fuel is not cheap and who wants to keep going back and forth. I've always given them the benefit of the doubt but im not interested in their food anymore! Thanks Popeyes for being a disappointment again!
