The restaurant in Middletown has awful management, lack of finder servers. My wife and I went last weekend and was informed it will be a 15 minute wait for a table. The place had plenty of open tables but had only 2 servers, on a Friday night really. As we waited a lady left said they did not bring her food, other people that was waiting left also so after 17 minutes we left. Not sure why they can't find help but they need to figure it out before plywood will be the new windows.

First , had no silverware or napkins on the table. No manager came out to apologize for the long wait. The server tried his best to serve everyone by himself. Been there for 2 hours no food was serve . Only an appetizer and salad.

Our calamari was literally burnt. Five shrimp for an appetizer at 10 dollars was ridiculous! Server was the worst she had two tables and took 12 years for anything. Never again horrible experience.

It's a ruby tuesdays, you know what it is. This one is better than most because it has Jason, the bartender. Jason is a delight. He juggles roles, remembers people and orders, has a great sense of humor and a quick wit. He easily makes the place seem better than it should be.Ignore the waddling karen in the mask. The food is well, ruby tuesdays. It depends on how high or drunk or burnt out the cook is today. You will get your steak done 'well' like it or not. And the 6oz ribeye looks like the steaks you'd buy from a parking lot tent sale, at 20 steaks for $20. There are alot of good people who come here and some of the staff are awesome. By no means do I intend to put this place down. Don't get take out burgers though, they will be cold.
