Second time here and soooo lackluster. The food was greasy and fries were cold. I did have a good beer on tap, but that didn't help. The Rockfish bites were all greasy breading, and when I went to the bathroom it was just dirty. Won't go back. Plus it was expensive.

We attempted to eat there last night for the first time and the place was dirty from top to bottom. We left right after we were seated. Not sure if they are short on staff but someone needs to on top of this. The floor was dirty from the entrance to our table and it was only 6:30 pm. Our table and seat was sticky and wobbly. We were nervous to order just thinking what the kitchen probably was looking like. Very disappointed.

Used to love this Green Turtle! Unfortunately, this location’s service and food quality has been going down. We still visited at least every other week though because the kids love it!Tonight was my breaking point when the manager hung up the phone on me when I asked about wait time for dining, as online and call in to-go orders were all shut down. She said she didn’t know because she was in the kitchen cooking for a large party. As a manager, that’s admirable, to jump in and help! However, customer service for ALL your customers is a manager’s number one concern. I guess a follow-up question or even a goodbye was just too much for her to handle.I hope the large party yields some regular business to make it worth it, because this location has now lost our business. :(

This was my first time dining at Green Turtle in Middletown. Brittany and Kayla were absolutely AMAZING!!! They were very friendly, attentive, and personable. I will be a returning customer thanks to these two.
