I rarely take the time to write a review on a drive through but under these circumstances I will. Went through the drive through and was greeted by worker Nasir L. This is the 2nd time I've had him. He's Very polite,professional and just overall what more people need to be like. I took my wife to a $200 dinner valentines day at sullivan's and honestly the customer service was horrible. I go to Popeyes on Dupont highway and was treated beyond what I expected. Nasir L. GREAT JOB! I WILL BE BACK! DONT EVER LOSE THAT POSITIVE ENERGY.BERNARD TORRERETIRED/ NCPD/ DE

I went to this location a few days ago, I was in the drive thru at the window ready to pay for my food with a Popeyes gift card. The associate at the window took the card and asked the manager if they accepted the gift card! The manager looked at the gift card, rolled her eyes and said, “No we do not accept those.” Without an explanation so I have to use another payment method to pay for my order! Since when did Popeyes not accept their own gift card?????! I will never visit this location again.

Server was very rude to me. Ordered lunch box + 2 biscuits but was given large fries + 2 biscuits. Politely indicated was wrong order. Server explained matter to someone else who tried to help so I said but apparently couldn't so I said I would upgrade order to #1 Sandwich Combo. Apparently they did not know how to do it. First server then got rude, tossed the order down the table and sai someone should throw out. I sad why was she acting rude. She said because I made an order and put my hand in it and so it had to be thrown out and that lunch box orders are only available 11 AM to 2 PM. I said if she had told me that at the onset I would not have ordered it instead she gave me the wrong order and has refused to acknowledge she was wrong. At that point she said someone else should come "deal with " this problem because she had no time for it. I told them to just gave me my money back, they did not know how to put it back on the card. Then first server came back, swiped her manager's card and refunded 8.50 . Left feeling very bad. Never coming back to this Popeyes's store # 1505-2 ever again.

Our order was wrong and it was delivered to us like that on purpose. The guy at the register asked the manager why we didn’t get our meal right? Her answer was oops! ”. We ordered three large sides and they gave us all smalls. Our meal were all combos and all of them came without fries. I had to continue going back and forth to get my orders corrected… by the way our sides never were replaced. What a horrible experience.
