This is the final time I will order from this location. I Ordered a ham and cheese sub with mayo,onions,sweet peppers.It was such a pathetic sandwich,only a half of roll had mayo on it,a half of slice of cheese on each side maybe 8 diced onion pieces and 6 sweet peppers and only had 3 slices of ham on whole sandwich ,ham was also very fatty.I will not be ordering from this location again,I rather go out of my way to a different location or just go to Pats.

I usually like certain food from Season’s. For this location I loved their cheesesteaks but I like the route 40 location for a lot of other items. So for this review I am speaking for the route 13 New Castle, DE location only. This was the 2nd time I had an issue with my food order but after this incident I’m finished with this location. I had ordered a chicken cheesesteak wrap with blue cheese and hot sauce or buffalo sauce. The route 40 location nailed the Buffalo chicken cheesesteak wrap. Not so much for this location. I was finished when I wasn’t satisfied with my food, so I called them to complain that my wrap didn’t have any hot sauce which was what was on the menu. So I explained that my wrap didn’t have any sauce and they told me that the chef said he put hot sauce on it. I didn’t see any evidence of hot sauce or buffalo sauce., I even took a bite and no dice. I think when they didn’t believe me and I had to drive 15 minutes out of my way to show them my food, the guy says “looks like hot sauce too me!” It don’t matter what it looks like to you Sir because regardless I’m not satisfied and I asked for my money back. He then asked if they could remake the wrap, I said “no thanks…I just want a refund!” So I made up my mind I’d never order food from that place again. You lost a good customer because you wanted to be a jerk…never again. Customer service is trash.

I enjoyed my lunch here. I like the subs, cheesesteaks and sweet potato fries. They have a good variety of dishes reasonably priced. The service was prompt and friendly. TV's display ESPN so I get my sport updates while I eat. Not a long wait at all.
