Really hot or miss with quality at this location. Some crews are really good. Seems like most of tonight's crew was too. Most of. So I thought I knew what it was, but apparently the way I have always had a black and white milkshake in the 40+ years I have been drinking them is wrong according to the arrogant employee making them around 7PM 2/26. I’m giving it a 3 because the pickup window is a bust. I’ve said this before and I’ll say it again, when someone’s order isn’t ready MAKE THEM PULL AROUND so that the line can continue to progress forward. Today I waited 15 minutes for my pickup window order when I know it was ready. The person in front of me got in line prematurely and made the rest of us wait. It’s giving, order ahead and pickup inside. I got cold food.
