I went to this location last evening for a party -- there was quite a few of us. I ordered the "cadillac enchiladas" -- cheese and onion enchiladas topped with fajita chicken. My plate came out and the cheese inside the enchilada was not melted all the way -- it was gummy so to speak. I was too embarrassed to say anything but my boyfriend brought it to our waitress's attention and she immediately got me a new plate. The plate came out piping out -- I burnt my hand -- but I could see the cheese was melted this time. I started eating it and when I bit into the chicken it was chewy and rubbery -- unlike anything I've ever eaten. I had my boyfriend try a piece of chicken off of my plate and he spit it out the moment he started chewing. I was nauseous for the rest of the night and STILL ended up paying for my meal although I had only a couple bites of it. Granted, the manager and the waitress were helpful enough. But I was literally nauseous for the rest of the night due to the meal I had there. I am mad at myself for even paying for that meal but seeing as I was with a group of people for a party, I didn't want to make a scene.

Great service. Even better food. The Cantina chips were warm and fresh and the salsa was also fresh with large chunks of tomato and peppers. Very tasty. I ordered the daily special, combo fajitas. The chicken was perfect and steak was done a little medium well. Onions and peppers were plentiful and delicious.

Normally the expierenc is great but today it wasn't the waiter we had had our order wrong forgetting things. I wasn't happy with my experience . The rice was dry and there were ants where we were sitting . The portion of my food wasn't worth the price I paid for .

This was my first time visiting this restaurant. I was at Costco and very hungry so we decided to stop. It was Valentine's Day and they had a great special for the day. We had an appetizer, a meal, dessert and beverages (non-alcoholic) for 2 people and under $35. We had plenty of leftovers to take home if we wanted (I ate way too much so my friend took them home with her). Our server was attentive and helpful. I would recommend this restaurant to others although, I am not sure how I would have felt it if had been busy. So much of their seating is in the middle if the room and the acoustics of the building could make this place seem pretty loud. A booth is the best way to go.

Our server's name is Pablo. Not to be confused with the name of the restaurant. He does not own the restaurant (we asked). But the point of the review is Pablo was amazing. If you want to have a great experience ask to be sat with Pablo. He is incredibly nice and attentive. Willing to help at the drop of a hat. I hope this review finds its way back to him.
