Seem like there was a new guy working there doing orders, messed up mine, but Nino was kind enough to not only replace my order completely but also hand-deliver it to My job for my convenience. Very good customer service here. baristas Are helpful and friendly as well.

I'm a regular at Drip Cafe. The breakfast burritos are the perfect breakfast staple. I could eat them every day. Best coffee in Hockessin and the refills are free. The service system is modern, but friendly. Order and pay at the counter. Food is brought to your table. The restaurant seating was expanded a few years ago. This is a real cafe where people go to talk or (in my case) work on their laptops. Wifi is always fast and reliable. Dog friendly outdoor tables are available in the summer.

Food was delicious however the staff was mostly rude and unprofessional especially the young man of Indian decent. Maybe the top shouldn't be added up front. Then maybe the staff would work harder for a good tip.

Good for takeout, but the dine-in experience is not great. Everything coming out of the kitchen is good and the baristas are competent. The service is less personal than a fast-food joint though. There are no waiters, only an app that sometimes works. Staff are bewildered if you have any questions and will straight up ignore you if you are not in their way. They are nice enough, but look constantly overworked, which is odd with 6-8 foh employees. Urns could use a deep clean too.

Really disappointing experience. Everything has changed and not for the better. The name implied a specialty around coffee - where they served French press at the table. Now coffee is served in a paper cup - has become more like McDonalds without the uniforms. Won’t be coming back!

The food is always pretty good. I think they need to hire some more staff for the weekends because my order has been missing a couple things in the past and they look like they could use at least more counter help. The London fog tea is amazing. The chai tastes like dirt water ngl.

Have been here many times before and after covid. It's sad to see how the quality of their food, the menu selection, and service all declined... Their atmosphere and food used to be great! And it's not like there are a lot of great café options around here lol Coffee is still fine, but food became below average after covid. The potatoes they serve are ALWAYS soggy and dark now. They used to serve their food with properly balanced sides and they tasted good. Now, you get a sandwich with no side and very little ingredients. Or a plate full of potatoes and bread (with a tiny butter spread in the middle) with your eggs. I don't need more carbs with my carbs lol! No greens or fruit. Or a side of butter or jam (unless you ask). Menu selection, like I mentioned is very basic. You have to ask for water separately, even when you're seated, and it comes in a to-go cup for some reason. They always seem understaffed on the weekends.I know my standards are high since I live in Brooklyn, NY. But It's just sad to see that what used to be a great café became so mediocre, perhaps because the management is cutting corners now. Really hoping they go back to their old standards soon. They have great potential.
We live in PA and have been for a few years and we just found this place and boy are we glad we did! Reasonable prices for breakfast great quality food and fantastic coffee and tea drinks! We have been back twice since our first visit!

Giving them the benifits of the doubt that they were super busy, my fruit was fresh and tasty and the eggs were cooked perfectly, but my toast was pretty burnt and I couldn’t eat half of it, and no one called my name so my food was cold by the time I searched every bag to find the one with my name on it.

Service is very slow. Food is ok, but pricey for what they serve. Staff and management are overly aggressive politically, rather rudely forcing their views in their customers faces.
