Finally made it here, and they were open/not crowded at all. It was a good change from the usual routine. Did a basic waffle with strawberries and blueberries to get a true sense of the waffle w/out adding a bunch of sweet ingredients. Glad I did. Also a small portion of scrambled eggs on the side. Will definitely come back.

If you are in the mood for the best waffle creatively adorned this is worth the trip. Just a short way off the main highway from Philadelphia to DC this was a "perfect" stop for my birthday treat. We ordered the Nutella waffle and cannoli waffle both with homemade strawberry preserves. Mine included an impromptu candle and birthday song. I also had fluffy eggs and cheese. All was delicious. The perfect blend is as the name says. The perfect blend of great customer service, awesome food, and a very cozy and inviting atmosphere. Always a pleasure and always leave satisfied and full. Highly recommend the frozen hot chocolate.
