I've gotten a few of their take out specials multiple times. Most of their specials are actually really great deals! The pizza is always fantastic, I really like the sauce they use!
The food is horrible and the service is meteocre. The atmosphere is fine. Not a recommended pizza restaurant. They need to learn how to make a good pizza because it sucks badly.

They have the worst service in Delaware I order from them 1 to 2 times a week because they are convenient I like the food but they need people that no how to do their job my order is always wrong and they need new people in charge who no how to do their job!

This was my last time putting an order through at Newport Season’s Pizza on Maryland Ave. The extra large pizza was a large size. I’ve asked what size it should be, they told me 16” box size. The actual pizza pie was 14”. It was the 3rd time it happened so I’ve decided to call and complain that it should be 16” pie and not the box size. It’s laughable. In addition, instead of a chicken cheesesteak I’ve got grilled chicken breast on a hoagie roll. Never again.

The girl that cashed me out today is amazing!!! The transaction was at 11:30 today. There are a lot of things going on in my life and while I was trying to pay for my order I found fraud on my account. They left me with less than enough to cover my order. Of course I start crying because I’m already overwhelmed. She was more than helpful. I am sure she will know who I am once she hears about this. And I hope she gets recognition for this. I wish I would have gotten her name. I was in a frenzy trying to get my banks phone number. Thank you so much for your help!! I will be back to personally thank you as well.

I ordered a med pepperoni extra cheese thin crust well done . It was completely wrong . I received a med cheese pizza thick crust .worst tasting pizza I ever ordered from them .
My mother and I arrived today in the afternoon for lunch and waited for hostess to showed us the table which they didn't because there were NO HELP AT ALL!!! ???? it's absolutely UNRESPECTFUL to see the customers when they arrived and served them to be welcome in. It's absolutely NO BUSINESS AT ALL!!! We won't be there NO MORE!!!???

This pizza was an absolute rip off. We were visiting Wilmington and looking for something quick to be delivered. We stumbled across Seasons Pizza and thought we would give it a try. The cost for what we got was astronomical. $2.49 per topping for a medium pan pizza (ordered through Uber Eats - so they added $0.80 to the cost of each regular topping), you’d expect to see the pizza covered in it. There was barely a full mushroom on the entire pizza. Taste was bland and I could have probably gotten a better pizza from a gas station.

This place won’t be in business much longer and nor do they care. Went in to order a pizza at the counter. Waited 5 minutes or so with multiple employees looking at me and walking past me without a single acknowledgment. What if I was picking up an order? What a waste of time. There are PLENTY of other businesses that will gladly help you. Keep driving past Seasons. They clearly don’t need or want your business.

I'm convinced it's a requirement to not understand what a customer wants. Everyone couple months I try here again and they never cease to amaze me about how much they get wrong. Whether it's just not understanding or there's a language barrier between the front and the back of the restaurant. Something needs to be addressed, especially if you want more than two stars and to be able to take pride in your work. Unfortunately in order to post I can only do it. If I pick one star, there's no option for zero.

I used a Season's Pizza gift card to buy a pizza, they charged me a percent fee to use that gift card. That is outright fraud! 2 locations, Maryland Ave and Elsmere. I refused to pay that fee, Elsmere removed it, but Maryland Ave wouldn't, so he gave me my money back from the gift card. I never ever heard of being charged a fee for using their own branded gift card. I will never ever go to a Season's Pizza again. Season's pizza is OK, Pat's is much better. Lost customer for good.
