If you want to try something different than the usual pho noodle soup, try this place. Very busy, their signature dish is their banh cuon ravioli like dish, very delicious. Remember to bring cash.

Yes this place is great! The food is so fresh and tasty! The Veggie Mi Quang was my order

Been going here for years. But this morning was different. I order the soy milk and the dry shrimp Banh cuon. They said too early they didn't have neither one. Mind you it's 930 am and they open at 8am. Regardless what time it is if you are open you should have both. Then my brother was eating one of their dish and bite into a hard plastic piece. Some foreign object not food, the waiter hurry too the dish away and did not give us a new one. When we went to pay the guy said sorry but still bill us for the order. Horrible people be carful if you have a young child eating their food.

This is one place that constantly shows up on recommendations and tik tok videos on what to eat in Houston and I understand why. It lives up to the hype. The banh cuon was so good. There are different types to choose from so I suggest ordering several and share it with the table. We ordered one with beef that came with this rice paper cracker shell that covered it. We also ordered the more traditional ones as well. No photos due to taking turns eating while one waits in the car with the dog. The parking in the plaza can be dangerous. There's no real borders or lines so cars just drive wherever they want. I never realized you could be an accident almost four times just entering and exiting this plaza.

When I was traveling in Vietnam, Bahn Cuons were my favorite food find. So whenever I see it on the menu, I always get it! This place is seriously legit and a must try when in Houston. We came at 11am for lunch and was happy to know we just beat the rush. Tried their Bahn Beo and other soup noodle dishes as well and I'd suggest just coming here for just the Bahn Cuons...they're soooooo delicious! If you're coming here for dinner, come early because they close early.

This was my first experience with Vietnamese rice rolls and it was a great one! The pork was cooked perfectly with delicious flavorings. Combining the strong fish sauce with the chili paste made for extra delicious bites!

Don't let this whole in the wall location deter you from trying some delicious authentic Vietnamese bahn Cuon. This spot probably makes the best I've ever had. Price is reasonable. When you see nothing but Asians packed into the restaurant. That should be a tell tell sign that this place is legit. Everything was absolutely perfect and tasted fresh. Will definitely return to try everything on their menu

Cash ONLY. come on. Can we be done with that??? Best way to get rob. Let people know you have a register full for cash!! Please start taking CC it's okay to pay your taxes!! The banh cuon is tho fresh daily and wrapped nicely. I don't come often. But when I crave it this is a good spot.

Been coming here for almost 20 years- always fresh, hand made banh cuon. Other things on their menu is good but they're known for their fresh banh cuon. Cash only, good service!

I ran across this place on Yelp looking for something different to try. With so many great reviews and it's super affordable, how could I possibly pass it up? The first time I tried to go it was closed (well blame that on COVID hours or something). Two months later I tried again and it was open! We walked in and just kind of stood at the door waiting for someone to either tell us to sit down, take us to a table, or have us order at the counter. It really wasn't clear what you are suppose to do. A woman walks up to us and decides to walk the couple behind us to a table as we continue to stand there now even more confused. After some back and forth between her and another employee in I assume Vietnamese, we are sat at a table next to (i.e. connected to) the table the other couple gets sat at. I'm fine with sharing tables, but this was a bit odd and would only lead to problems later as our order also gets mixed up with theirs. We opt for #11 and #3 cause those have lots of reviews and when in Rome! #11 was great, would totally have that again. #3 was good. It was different. My lunch companion wasn't as into it. Overall I chalk this up as "really glad I tried something different and enjoyed it, but probably not heading back anytime soon."

I went to Houston for mini vacay and stopped by this place. The owner was really nice, friendly service, banh cuon was really good. It lives up to the name. I minus one star because banh cuon and any items that similar were good, but I personally think soup items like banh canh cua, and bun rieu need more flavor. Overall, i'll come back again when i'm in town for banh cuon.

Best banh cuon in Houston! This is your typical Vietnamese mom-and-pop shop. As long as you don't expect stellar service and cleanliness, you won't be disappointed. My favorite dish is the banh cuon with ground pork. Their banh beo gets an honorable mention, too. FYI: This place is cash only.

We were in the area and decided to try this place. The reviews were helpful because we had cash. It wasn't too busy so we were seated right away. We ordered #9 steamed rice paper with ground pork and roll pork, and #16 grilled fish. The portion sizes were big. We ended talking the remainder home. There weren't one designated wait staffs so we multiple people asking if were good. The food was delicious.

Best Banh Cuon around the Houston area! They are so delicious! My fiancé and I ordered #9 Pork Roll with Ground Pork & #11 BBQ Pork. The two most popular dishes! Both dishes were under $10 each and comes with bean sprouts, cilantro, and fried garlic/onion pieces. They also don't accept credit cards, so bring cash since it is CASH only! This place is nonstop business so it's always a good flow of customers. They have a beautiful green bamboo backdrop to take pictures in. I love this local spot and can't wait to bring my family next time.
