I am a regular, and since the manager has changed the accuracy of my order has improved. Man manager Zoe recognizes me I don’t even have to ask. She knows what I’m ordering.

Went to this place at about 1 o’clock on 12/21/23. The young man with long dark hair took my order as he was eating pretzel with his mouth full of food. Then proceeded to get my food and drink without washing his hands ! I could still see the cinnamon on his hands from when he was eating the pretzel…disgusting. Needless to say I will not be eating my pretzel.

Worst one I’ve visited. Young man working this afternoon, 12/16/23, working on mobile orders, was either high on illegal or legal drugs. He was in outer space and could barely work. He read my order receipt minimum 25 times and took another 10 minutes to pack my order once the pretzel nuggets were ready. It was embarrassing to watch. And the lead or manager in charge was just as bad, enabling the behavior and texting on her phone when it was super busy.

Is it just me or do they never want to honor the rewards program? Only been here a few times and they always claim their machine doesn't work to scan the QR code. Then when you give them the code to key in, they still claim they can't. Funny none of the other locations have this problem. Last time going there.

Good store , we stopped by on Saturday morning 11:30 ish and there were not a crowd. We were served with hot pretzel and staffs are friendly , attentive , quick service. Like the seating outside of the store and it was mall setup though.

Called an hour before our scheduled pick up to confirm my order, told that it might be a few minutes after the pickup time. Came in at 430, and they hadn’t even started my order. I didn’t walk out the store until 5. And I heard her tell other customers that they weren’t making any more pretzels, when they’re still scheduled to open for 3 more hours. Just poor customer service all around, there was no offer for compensation or apologies. Just bad service.

26 minutes for cinnamon nuggets ...5 employees ..only 2 customers ahead of me ...No care for the customer. Was like 5 zombies just standing there hoping that pretzels would just magically appear ..

Don’t go to this auntie Anne’s I ordered on google and when I went to pickup my order they told me they didn’t have a part of my order. When I asked for a refund on the whole order I was told there wasn’t anything they could do because I ordered through a 3rd party and hadn’t received the money yet. I understand not receiving the money yet, but clearly if I was asking them for the money back there wouldn’t have been anything stopping them from receiving the payment that I made so because there is no way to get in touch with google I have to call my bank to get a refund. It’s very frustrating that a small problem could have been fixed with her just giving me the $2 for the product out of the cash register but not I have to call my bank because your people clearly are unable to fix customer service issues

Terrible service they’re not organized skip my turn twice I finally decided to go some place else the cashier got overwhelmed and left his post and left me standing there I’ll definitely won’t be going to that one anymore what a shame

Ordered the "special" holiday freeze. Paid $3.59. After I paid I was told that the product wasn't frozen yet but they would be willing to "exchange" for another medium sized drink. The medium drinks cost $2.19. No matter how I tried to explain that I had overpaid, I could not get the cashier to understand. Her response was that there was no manager available to override the transaction. If this is who you leave in charge of your business I will not be returning. What an absolute disgrace.
