I got 6 Bobbie subs before a meeting. There were 2 with specific withholding requests which appeared on the receipt (one no mayo and one no cranberry sauce). Those were not honored. All six were all the same. Otherwise I’d give it a 5-star rating, but special requests must be honored.

Capriottis used to be my favorite place. I was disappointed. I didn't liked the "wagu" beef. It was thicker and dry and the last 2.5" of each side had no meat. Spent over $40 for 2 large steaks. Not happy.

Order on line, not working. Couldn’t place order.Called four times and waited before someone picked up.Waited over an hour, order was wrong.Non friendly service.With so many other sub shops to order good subs from, I expected better.

Juliana ruined my experience at capriottis for the first time. I placed my order at 5:39 with a expected ready time of 5:58. I arrive at the store at 5:56 and tell the kid behind the counter I was here for a pick up just letting them know I’ve arrived. The manager Juliana comes out immediately with a angry look with a serious attitude sternly asking what the name on my order is. I provide her with my name and she disappears to the back. Roughly 5-7 minutes later she returns and says the order will be done in 20 minutes. I return 20 minutes later at which point Juliana sees me and tosses/slides my food across the counter missing 2 of the side items i ordered. After mentioning the 2 missing items she states everything is in the bag and implies I am lying. While not having the opportunity to even turn around and take a step away. This entire ordeal has been a terrible experience.
Food was terrible. Ordered a $13 cheesesteak with barley any meat on it and it has mushrooms on it which I did not order. Maybe they tried to cover up the fact that it was little meat. Disgusting. Under seasoned. I wouldn’t feed this to a dog.

This used to be our go to shop. Just got a large cheesesteak for $20 and can't even stomach one bite. Horrible taste in my mouth. This place has gone downhill and now has hit rock bottom. Never again.
Go there every once in a while only because there’s a pawn shop next door. I’ll order food and go to the pawn shop while I wait.

Love the Capistrano sandwich.. get extra Russian dressing. Actually if you all used a more tangy Russian dressing it would be better. That dressing makes the sandwich. Being as the dough roller no longer sells the New Jersey.. yours is our go to.

My first time visiting this shop. Got a chicken cheesesteak. Got part way thru the sandwich, took a bite & a long hair came out with the bite. Obviously won't be finishing the sandwich. Unfortunate. Will not be back.

I’ve come to Capriotti’s (Kirkwood Hwy) plenty of times and have not been disappointed but NOT this time. While the service was great as usual, the sandwich was absolutely terrible. The meat was dry and without flavor. The tool was extremely firm- extra firm. It was without doubt the worse steaks I’ve ever purchased. $50 down the drain as 2 bites was all our family could muster. I hope this not a sign of decline.
