Overall, I am a huge fan of Chef Rocks! Their salads are delicious, they offer delivery at lunch which is a massive timesaver for me during the day, they are personable, and they offer many options. Excellent new little restaurant in Little Italy. I had the hot Italian roast beef sandwich, and it was delicious - juicy roast beef, sharp provolone, broccoli rabe, roasted peppers, and horseradish. The ingredients were high quality and fresh, the prices reasonable, and the staff was very friendly.

I had a business lunch at Chef Rocks last week. This was my first time there and meeting Chef Jim. He could not have been more friendly to speak with or accommodating to our group. One of the better slices of pizza I've had in Wilmington in years, and the salad was so fresh and delicious. I am looking forward to going back as soon as possible and I can't wait to sign up for his cooking classes. Highly Recommended!!
