This is the worst service around. I've tried multiple times and it just gets worse. I order just lava cakes. Waited over 30 minutes until the app said it was ready. Went in to get them. Wasn't greeted. The employees ignored me until I had to announce myself. They were gathered together chatting. They said my order wasn't ready I waited longer. Eventually my order was 'foubd' sitting on a back table. It had been ready the whole time. I get home and my cakes are smashed all over the box and they are cold. It took over 50 minutes from when I placed the order for them to give it to me.

I give this place a negative 5. I waited here for 20 minutes after my order said it was ready. All I ordered was lava cakes. They were found just tossed on a table. Staff were cursing and all talking with each other. Not paying attention to customers. And when I opened the box they were all smashed. It's disgusting. Never again.

This Dominos added a tip onto my order without consent. Upon learning of this I called to let them know a mistake was made. The employee/manager said I would need to take it up with my bank??? Trying to be helpful I provided 2 resolutions both of which were dismissed. Still waiting for the refund…

We ordered pizza 20 minutes before we reached to pick it up. It wasn't ready , we again were waiting for 30 more minutes but still it wasn't ready. When we went inside they weren't started with our order, and after that we waited for 45 more minutes to get the pizza . It was too frustrating . We are not going to this pizza place again.

This particular Domino's Pizza place, at 1728 Marsh Road, Wilmington Delaware 19810, phone number 1-302-479-5900 did not follow my instructions for delivery of the Pizza I'd ordered, which were to call my cell when they got here and when I opened the garage door to leave it on the back of my car.Instead, the driver knocked on my front door and when I went down and asked him/her to meet me at the garage door as requested......well when I came to the opened garage door to meet them, I stepped out to meet them, and then, after walking around to the front of the house, saw them driving away. A moment later, I found the Pizza left on the ground!! ON THE GROUND. And they didn't even bother to tell me they'd done that.Of course, I called & asked to speak with the manager; never got a name, just someone who said she was the manager, who said she would send someone to pick up the Pizza and provide me proof that they reversed the charges to my card. Well, now it is hours later and I've not received a call that the manager agreed to have the different driver do once they arrived so I could meet them at the garage door and exchange the pizza for my proof from her that the charges were reversed to my account. Now, I have the pizza in my freezer.And now I have to spend a minimum of $10 to make sure this payment does not hit my account.I ask you, WHT reputable business operates this way?I will, obviously, never order from Domino's Pizza again.
If I could review lower than a 1, I definitely would. This place is disgusting and customer service is just as bad. They will poison you if they don't agree with your tip, block your phone number, accept your online order and not deliver the food. My kids ordered a few times and each time ended up in the ER. I spoke to management, who sent me a coupon for more poisonous pizza. Do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere.

Delivered the complete wrong pizza from dough type to the toppings. Requested contactless and delivery knocked on the door, waited for me to open the door to hand it to me directly. I called twice to at least try to have the correct pizza delivered, waited an hour total and no one ever answered

I ordered online and they said the driver was sitting outside for 10 minutes and tried to call me but I have no calls from them. Then when I called they hung up on me and said it’d be an hour before I can get my food even though I ordered it an hour before it was even on its way.

You should be ashamed of yourselves. I asked for Steak on my pizza. This is what I got! See pic! The pizza taste was good. The steak, God knows. Nowhere near enough to even taste it! I’m glad I didn’t order it with company here. The stuffed bread was very good, though.
