My wife and I went there this morning Sunday 12/3/23. Despite having only a couple customers in line, tables were stained with dried food and dried coffee stains. A mop bucket with dirty water in it was sitting in the middle of the floor. My wife ordered a small toasted almond hot coffee, but received regular coffee. The staff looked like the Grinch on downers when we sent it back for the correct order. Doughnut and coffee role tasted old and stale, and the coffee role was dripping wet with super sweet syrupy glaze. I'll stick with Wawa just down the road that is far better, and cheaper. A dozen doughnuts will now set you back $13.99!!! They are egg sized, and stale. I remember when a dozen was $1.10, made fresh on site, and were huge.

This had to be the worst experience at a Dunkin ever! The lady working the window had the worst attitude. I'm not sure if she just woke up or this is how she treats all her customers. Sad my local spot has gone such down hill that they can't find decent help. I would have expected this maybe from a younger employee just learning the do's and don'ts but an adult! You should be ashamed of yourself and go reevaluate your job choice. DUNKIN PLEASE DO BETTER WITH YOUR HIRING PROCESS ?. The last thing you wanna deal with as a person/customer first thing I'm the morning is attitude! It's not like there isn't 5 dunkin choices within 2 miles. Smh keep on running your customers away with horrible service ? im sure that will work for you ?. Truly sad

The first thing that caught my eye was their modern and clean layout which instantly gives off a welcoming vibe.The addition of self-order kiosks was a game-changer for me. The convenience of being able to customize my order with just a few taps on the screen made the whole process quick and hassle-free. Plus, the user-friendly interface made it incredibly easy to navigate.The self-order kiosks also helped to streamline the ordering process, reducing the waiting time significantly. I didn't have to stand in a long line, and instead, I could breeze through my order and pick it up in no time.The new layout promotes a sense of fluidity and efficiency. The separate areas for ordering, pick-up, and seating made it so much easier to navigate and find a comfortable spot to enjoy my coffee and donut.The cleanliness of the renovated Dunkin' Donuts was noteworthy. The staff took great care in maintaining a spotless environment, which further enhanced my overall experience. It's always a pleasure to be in a clean and well-maintained establishment.The staff at this Dunkin' Donuts were incredibly friendly and helpful as well. They were more than willing to assist with any questions I had or provide recommendations from their extensive menu. Their warm and welcoming attitude added an extra layer of enjoyment to my visit.Overall, the renovation at Dunkin' Donuts on Concord Pike is a massive success. Salted caramel cold brew is back ! heading to the nearest dunkin to grab our caffein doses .. ofc i took ma favourite cold brew w mocha's shot added nd bagels but its tho salty also try their dunkin wrap opps it taste good ! go nd grab yours now guys before its gone ?todays cashier not really friendly :,(

❗❗BAD COFFEE.❗❗BAD CUSTOMER SERVICEIf I could have give negative stars I would. I ordered a black coffee and it was watered down. I love Dunkin coffee and have never had it this watered down. I returned my coffee and the " manager" acted as if he didn't understand me and insisted on giving me extra creamer and when trying to explain more slowly and carefully they persisted to get agitated so I left!BAD COFFEE❗❗❗❗BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE ❗❗❗❗
