I am allergic to dairy and I was almost brought to tears when my bf surprised me with a vegan birthday cake from Evangelina Vegan desserts. Taste was light and chocolaty �Thank you so much for the quick turn around and beautiful (and delicious cake) All her desserts are so detailed and so delicious. Definitely recommend for any occasion! Espically if you are vegan, gluten free or allergic to dairy. Thank you so much!
Evangelina is amazing! I ordered a vegan chocolate cake for myself, and smash cake for my daughter. It was beautiful and tasted like perfection. She delivered it right before our party, which was extremely convenient. We will be ordering from her again. If you are looking for a personable, talented baker..you have found her. Evangelina's baked goods were a huge hit this Thanksgiving. Everything was delicious, fresh, and reasonably priced. The lemon poppy-seed loaf and banana nut loaf were my two personal favorites. I will absolutely order again next time I'm in the Wilmington area.
