They have corned beef! Had a corned beef hoagie (sub) was great .. only one problem - they don’t have smoked provolone only sharp.. also didn’t add oregano as I asked. All in all they are great would have given 5 stars if not for the cheese.

Great location along with a welcoming staff that's courteous.Upon entering it is clean but far from fancy but don't let that fool you.Having formerly owned and been involved in restaurant businesses this place is amazing.If you want something fresh and delicious with a good feel over all and very pleasant staff, indulge in the sandwiches they have to offer. My personal favorite is the corned beef special.I go every other week and will continue to patronize this awesome sandwich shop.Parking: It's in a shopping center in the heart of Trolley square with many stores worth visiting while waiting for your order.

Look- I'm an old school Wilmingtonian. And Id rather give up my kids than stop going to Casapullas. But what a gem we have here. So sad it took me so long to give them a shot. Gaudiellos staff were professional. Food was ready on time and exactly as ordered. And my word- very tasty. We had the sandwich party platter and the pulled pork party trays which included great rolls. Really can't say enough. Well done. As a fellow small business owner- I find it incredibly important to document the really good as well as the not so good. And this place is definitely very good.

I ordered a Nigerian I got home. It was a dry turkey hoagie. I took it back and he said oh give me a min I’ll make you a new one. You would’ve thought that he would’ve gave me my money back and apologize but he didn’t. I’m very upset about that because I go there regular, and it shouldn’t matter whether my sandwich was wrong because a new person made it, I was just so upset with the owner and I’m gonna go back and address it because I didn’t wanna make a scene because it was around lunchtime but he’s going to hear from me so this is why they get the bad reviews today!!!! I really don’t think it was a black thing because of black gentleman made my sandwich at that time I believe he just didn’t value me as a customer and maybe because I was a black female I’m not sure but I’m gonna get to the bottom of it.

My husband and I absolutely love this place. The menu might be more limited than what you are used to, but what these gentlemen do, they do extremely well, so it's good that they focus on giving you a dozen or so sandwiches that are off the charts, instead of lots of options, done in a mediocre way. They are quite happy to mix-and-match ingredients from one sandwich to another or substitute things as you wish. They are turkey, and roast beast are made in store and fresh. Cheesesteaks are wonderful. The only thing that keeps this review from being a full five stars is that they offer only one side dish, mac & cheese made with smoked Gouda. And of course they have bags of chips available as any deli would. I'd like to see a couple of more options in the way of sides. That being said, if you're looking for a hell of a good sandwich, you don't have to go any further than Gaudiello's.

It was rated number 1 online so i had high expectations! I give it a 5.3 out of 10! The sandwich had next to no meat on it, barely any lettuce, 1 tomato, the meat looked old! The one thing it was over packed with was cheese, way too much and they were small crumbled deli cheese ends… i was very disappointed! Nowhere near the level or quality of Goodfellas or Ioannonis.
