I’ve heard Grotto pizza is a must visit in Delaware, it’s good but that’s it. Service was great and food was good but I’m surly not driving far out of my way to get it.

The service was very friendly, but the food…. The pizza was overpriced and very small portions for what you pay. The pizza lacked flavor but at least the soda was good. Such a shame, they has a very nice staff but the food is subpar.

On Feb.14, 2024, We called for a "large plain pizza"(takeout). It's been a long time since we ordered from Grotto because of a noticeable decline in taste, etc. This purchase was like the Grotto pizza of old, the original "Legendary flavor". Thank you (DP) for re-establishing the best pizza even, the way it was when you 1st opened in Rehoboth. I hope all the locations are onboard.. Also, on the 14th, it was 9:30 pm. but the staff were friendly and courteous!

We ordered from Grotto for the first time this evening and I am very happy. The food is delicious. Portion size is plentiful. Prices are a bit high but everything is lately and the quality of food is excellent so I’m good paying it. We got the Bianca pizza, bruschetta and hot wings. All great. Highly recommend.

Exceptional service at take out. This guy deserves a raise. Asked if we needed help to bring things to the car and was very friendly. It is hard to find good customer service after covid but he will make me continue to come back.

While I do not like their pizza, I have never been a fan, I love Grotto's. (I know I know born and raised in the 302 and not a grotto pizza fan). But I am a grottos chicken cheesesteak fan! They're so good. Ed behind the bar is always a smiling friendly face. And I love catching up with him when we stop in. The service is always consistent. Great neighborhood bar that's been around for a while, stop in and grab a bite for a game.
