The smoothies are watered down and taste more like juice!! For the pass 3 weeks I’ve been in there several times & same results. It wasn’t like that a month ago, when the manager who’s an African American female & pregnant doing it by herself, maybe it’s the new crew or something I feel like I’m wasting my money.

Undoubtably unbelievable. This is not the first time either. I get to the store that opens at 9a, .. at 11a. Door is locked. I see a young lady come from the Panera bread with food go in. And come out and lock the door again. I then say…. Is the store closed. She replied… she was going to get her food. Noticing that she already came from and had a bag from Panera I was confused but I figured they had messed up her order. I waited in the car for about 5 minutes and when she didn’t come right back obviously now realizing she has a customer, I pulled off. My fiancée said when I pulled off about 5 minutes after that she came out of Panera with a friend. So she was simply waiting for someone and neglected the customer all together. I came here two weeks ago around the same time, and the door was locked. lights on. I figured there had to be an emergency. But now, seeing this… I doubt it. Clearly the sign on the door says they open at 9a. But clearly to the lady that works this shift she opens & closes ‘her store’ when she feels like it. Horrible for business. If you’re going to leave. At least put up a sign. And try to honor the time frame that you need to handle your business, written on the sign for customers. (IF the practice of locking the store ‘at will’ to handle something is allowed). Smh.

They said they were closed when it wasn’t even 8pm. The children that work here are so disrespectful.

Google says they close at 8 but apparently not. I drove all the way from PA because The was the closet location to me. Got there around 7 something well before 8 and the store was closed.

Just another bad review for a store that probably shouldn’t even be operating at this point. Chris, who works on weekends and is usually unpleasant anyway, decided to freestyle my smoothie this evening. He put banana in a smoothie without that listed as an ingredient. The problem is I’m allergic to bananas, and if it weren’t for MY awareness of what the smoothie should smell/taste like, I could have died. Chris refused to give me his name after bringing this matter to his attention, and I had to get his name from another employee. I also was not issued a refund which I find despicable. Unless you’re trying to end your life via allergic reaction, don’t go here. Jamba Juice itself isn’t the problem, but this location isn’t worth it.Edited 1 week later: after the promise of a refund and a call back from upper management within 72 hours last Tuesday, I have yet to receive either. Thankfully the Christiana Mall location is much more respectful and accurate with their service.

Reeks like pot, just gross overall... I'm not usually someone to care, but it was so overwhelming and you could smell it coming in from the kitchen area...

Walked in the (open and unlocked) doors at 7:45pm for them to say 'umm we're closed'.

I’m so impressed, my first time trying Jamba Juice. I had a Mega Mango smoothie which is plant based and very delicious. The staff present today were wonderful and assisted us with the best service. I’m glad I tried it today and so thankful to the staff for there excellent service! This smoothie will have me coming back. A must try!

The girl working on 3/21/22 was super rude and was outside talking to someone while I was waiting for my mobile that I got 20 mins after the time it was scheduled. The lady working when I walked it asked if I had a mobile order and I said yes and she told me I needed to wait until the girl outside was done talking. When the girl came in I let her take the persons order who has also been waiting and then when she asked me if I was ready to order she said “you could have said some thing instead of just standing there.” I don’t think I should have to tell her when it was already 20 mins late and another employee was already informed.
