The OWNERS are excellent people...but the staff who run the place are very rude. No ETHICS with customer service. I tried to communicate directly with the owners but they always deny them...I even left my phone number for to contact me. But it never happened. I hope the owners take care of their business directly and do not leave rude and VULGAR people in charge.

I order a regular red cake with happy birthday on top for a boy when I went to pay for my cake and she decides to charge me extra she wouldn't give me a reason I pay it she went to get my cake hands me a pink cake . A side of her being completely rude and ignorant clearly they do not like ppl taking there Bussiness

I ordered a cake for Christmas, I left it to the man how I wanted it. When I went for it, it wasn't what I ordered, they gave me more options, but I wanted it with cajeta filling. I brought it because of the filling. When we broke it, it didn't come with cajeta filling. I don't think so. I will never order a cake from there

Stopped in yesterday for pan de muerto, I have zero negative comments about it. The bread was perfectly delicious. I decided to get some for work, I asked if they could put em in the clear cake tray, and she made it clear it would be an extra $3. I said ok, it makes sense.. I also asked if they would put a sticker with the bakerys' name on it, I work with white people and wanted to make sure they knew where it came from. I paid for my order and walked away. I got home, checked my receipt, and realized I was charged $1 for that sticker. I would have never imagined one day I would pay to promote someone else's business. It is what it is, I guess. I'll take it as leaving tip?♀️

Tried to make a cake order for my son’s birthday, the lady in the shop didn’t know how to answer questions and called the owner who was so rude… She told me to get my own cake topping cause she didn’t have time to look for one, I mean it’s your business, whatever never coming back again plus they don’t have variety of bread… Don’t waste your time, gas and money here
