The individual that handled my food was rude and did not listen to a word I said. I ordered two entrees, and only given one bag of chips. When I asked for the second bag, he told me there was two entrees worth of chips in the one bag. The bag contained a half entrees worth of crushed

I usually love Moes but todays visit left a lot to be desired. Came in and no employees were behind the counter. No welcome to Moes today! Chips were stale, lettuce was a day old or just an old head browning on the edges and a little wilted. Also rice seasoning was in clumps leading to over salty pockets.In addition no salsa was out and no lemonade. There was also no music playing.Seems like the employees were bored and hung out in the back for the entire time we ate.I don’t think I’ll come back here anytime soon.

Came in for lunch today. They have music blaring out from a JBL speaker so we can't even hear what the employee is saying and we have to yell our order back. Also no hair net, Bev/salsa area is a mess, and Starbucks coffee is in the prep station. Place needs stronger leadership or better employees. Coming from a guy who loves Moe's this was disappointing to see.

The food wasn't as good as it used to be, it was very disappointing. For what we paid, we won't be going back.
Used to love this Moe’s but the last experience was extremely disappointing. The restaurant was in a state of disarray and there were fruit flies all over the walls. Had planned on dining in, but the flies were such a turn off that we just left. The food tasted fine, but the cleanliness of the restaurant had me concerned, won’t be returning to this location.

Updating this review after ordering today. Terrible, our experience was absolutely terrible and it's a shame cause they did have really good food for the price. Their nachos aren't nachos anymore, they put a drizzle of queso on them and call it a day. You can tell the employees dont want to work, they complain to each other in front of customers. The soda machine was out of syrup, the manager said in front of a line of customers that "they're just gonna have to deal with the soda machine being down, tell them to drink tea." So sad to see a place go down hill like this.
