Went here because we saw online that they were vegan and gluten free. My wife got a toasted marshmallow latte and I got brown sugar coffee boba. Her drink was really good, but for mine the boba was so hard it wasn’t even worth finishing the drink, I drank the coffee and threw everything else away. We would have ordered some food but the items in the display case weren’t labeled as to if they were actually gluten or dairy free/vegan. As someone with allergies it’s very misleading to promote yourself on your website as being “Delaware’s first gluten free and vegan cafe” and then not clearly have the ingredient information / allergy warnings displayed for patrons to easily see. I was super hopeful when I read about this place online but now see that hope was misplaced. The kid behind the counter was nice though, that’s the only thing that kept this from being a two star review.Dietary restrictions: They claim to be gluten free/vegan but nothing inside was labeled appropriately and looked to be regular food items containing allergens.

Their specialty drinks are good. Got the orange creamsicle and it just brings me back to my childhood days. I recommend adding in the lychee jelly for a nice addition. The brown sugar boba was not as good. The boba was hard so you can tell it’s not freshly made; tastes like it’s been sitting for a day or two. It was also too sweet. If you get it, ask for half sweet if there’s an option.

Worst drink place I have ever been to! My friend ordered strawberry soda and I ordered fruit medley. Strawberry soda was so blend that she had to ask for extra strawberry jam. My fruit medley was very bitter and did not taste right. Also, the picture of Fruit medley on the menu board had strawberry but mine did not come with it. I asked the person who made it, and was told the picture is probably wrong LOL.. Barely looked like and tasted like fruit medley. Had to ask another person to make it again. Overall took a very long time to make them. Totally waste of time and money. Service overall was horrible.

Thai tea was served hot?I usually get Thai tea at the Malasian place next store, but thought I would give this place a shot. Sorry I did. The ingredients were all wrong; wrong milk, lacked sweetness and the tea was hot. I assume they are using the same utensils for different drinks, because it vaguely tasted of coffee. Overall it wasn't drinkable and I just threw it away. I would suggest going to the place next store and learning what a Thai tea is before putting it on the menu.

Other drinks there are fine, but the boba tea horrible, i can hardly get myself to finish its so disgusting. I recommend going to Tsaocaa on Wilmington pike Glen mills Pa. For just a dollar more you can get real quality tea.

This place advertises itself on its website as "Wilmington, Delaware's first vegan and gluten free cafe." It is NOT gluten free. Not the snacks, not the boba. I was told "we haven't updated the website." That's a pretty huge change, so... they need to update it. If you need gluten free snacks and beverages, go elsewhere.

BEST BOBA EVER. I’ve had a lot of boba it’s definitely my go to and after a rough night I visited this place! Not only was it the best boba but the person working behind the counter was the sweetest person ever, worth the visit!
I was one of the first customers here so I cut them some slack for putting salt in my drink instead of sugar haha (it was expensive so I tried to drink it anyway), but after that I got a regular coffee and it was just not good. I hope they change their coffee beans. I also got some matcha here, and the matcha was clumpy and grainy, like they didn't know to sift the powder and process it well. Just some details need improvement, but otherwise it was a nice little café with nice people. Overpriced for the quality!!

I went here bc of the good reviews, but i was really disappointed with their fruit tea. It was sour and they put way to much ice in it. Green tea is cheap. There is no reason to cheap out and make the drink 1/4 tea and 3/4 ice.

Their Brown Sugar Milk is absolutely delicious. The tapioca boba is sweet and warm when you get it. I rate them a 5/5, definitely reccomend!

Coffee (black) was excellent. Strong and dark roast but not bitter at all. My cup lid was leaking and the nice guy gave me a new one. Store has a great chill vibe, real plants and a comfy couch.

Nice Cafe with Yummy Drinks! The cafe is clean and neat with a sofa lounge section. I had the honeydew melon frappe with mango jelly and it was smooth, creamy and yummy. The staff is all very friendly and attentive. I would definitely recommend Nature Reserve to anyone who love quality drinks and likes to try new things.
