Love love love this Red Robin!!! We ALWAYS enjoy outstanding food that surpasses our expectation! We have NEVER had poor service! The atmosphere is great. We have frequented this location at all different times of the afternoon and evening and have NEVER been disappointed!!!

My husband and I used to LOVE coming here at least once a week... about 6 months ago, we both had the worst burgers but decided to give it another shot.. after 3 times of our burgers being raw and bloody (after asking for well done), not having the correct condiments, and just being gross, we gave up. This last time, it had been at least 2 months since our last visit. I decided to give it another chance... nope it was horrible the food wasn't good it was so cold in there you can't enjoy your gross food and the server acting like she was in a rush (there was 5 tables total) we came to the conclusion we will not be returning.. not to mention for 2 burger meals, it was $50, not worth the nasty food... honestly, mcdonalds is better the only thing I could recommend is the fries they are always good.

Very DISAPPOINTED in the visit to this restaurant. Had a "BIRTHDAY," email but was unable to use it because their system couldn't find my account. REALLY!! I eat there OFTEN. ALL OF THE FOOD SERVED TO US WAS ICE COLD, AS WAS THE RESTAURANT. Most of the customers ate with their coats and hats on. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!

We were seated right away on a Saturday at 1 pm, which was nice not having to wait for a ½hr. The food came out in reasonable time and everything was correct and delicious. The serving staff was courteous and efficient. A nice lunch out with my son.

Do not recommend the burnt ends burger, it was horrible and just chopped pork. Burger was cold, cheese was not even melted. Server seemed high and provided minimum service. Everyone had luke warm fries. Doubtful I would ever go back.

December 2023, I dined at Red Robin in Wilmington . My 1st time ever eating at a Red Robin. I will definitely return. Service was good, atmosphere was good. Only thing is that it's very chilly in the restaurant. In the month of December, a little heat will allow you to eat comfortably. My husband's plate and my plate of food was delicious.Parking: Plenty of free parking.

This place was like a freezer box food got cold before we were done eating and manager said heat was on 70 and couldn't go higher because system would break downSorry to see the help working in outdoor wear but they were just as cold. Something should be done about this as I didn't come to eat in the cold and rush my food down before it was too cold to eat .

Felt intentionally ignored, wasted time, had to chase a refund, and received no compensation for the inconvenience. Restaurant's response was unhelpful. If you place an order here don't place it anywhere after 8 pm.Had a terrible experience here this week. Ill say this place is fine as I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant this week.I placed an order for pick up on the website around 8:40pm and was charged for my order. According to the website, the order would be ready at 8:50pm. However, when I arrived to retrieve the food, I was informed that the order was not made and they had already "closed the drawers". It appeared that the order had popped up in their system because another employee was about to touch the touch screen, but the woman quickly stopped them, saying "No! don't touch it, we can't accept it.” (Which tells me they intentionally ignored the order) She then explained that there was nothing she could do because they closed their drawer for the night. When I mentioned that I had already been charged, she told me to call "them". Frustrated and angry, I left.I am extremely upset about this experience for the following reasons:1. My time was wasted, which is especially frustrating because, I too work my 8 hours a day just like anyone else and those hours after work are few and valuable.2. I now had to reach out to “them” to figure out how to get my money refunded, further wasting my time.3. I’m confident my order was intentionally ignored simply because they wanted to close and go home. I fail to understand how the cash "drawer" has anything to do with an online order.And look I get it, I know what its like wanting to get off of work exactly when a store closes, I’ve been there, but I also know it doesn’t always pan out that way either, it’s the reality of the job. I would have been fine if I had been contacted and informed that my order could not be accepted due to the late timing. However, I was not given that courtesy.I wrote and email to their headquarters and they just sent an email back directing me back to this restaurant, I called 4 times (Its like they ignore everything after 8pm?) and they processed a refund but nothing additional was given for wasting my time with this whole ordeal.

Food was warm not hot. The place is in need of major repairs. Some people that work there don't like their job. To many good burger spots try someplace else to eat.
