Very disappointed. I ordered a Concrete with chocolate ice cream, peanutbutter sauce, and reeses peanutbutter cups. Our server was very nice, but she was extremely distracted by someone in the line behind me. There was barely any peanutbutter cup pieces and I think she forgot the peanutbutter sauce all together. What made this worse is that I ordered 2 of them, planning to have one the next day. I am not sure I will return. I recommend you tasting anything like this before you leave.

This location is THE BEST place to go for Rita's. The servers are polite, quick, and respectful. I have been to a few other Rita's locations, and will NEVER go back there. Bad attitudes and shoving a TIP screen back at you when you use a debit card doesn't sit well with me. There were 3 girls serving. They were fast and courteous and each one of the girls actually smiled. Outstanding location.

The staff is wonderful always pleasant and friendly I would of definitely given a 5 star but when new employees are hired either e been there for yearsand thats very disappointing im still paying the same amount they are not being trained properly or they are afraid of the ice cream because everytime I get a new employees there is never the amount of ice cream being put on the Gelatos like the employees that have been here for years

I'm Ukrainian, I arrived 2 weeks ago, and I've always heard stories that the USA has the tastiest ice cream. Just tried the ice cream here and was pleasantly surprised. Sac and tenderness forced me to immerse myself in childhood, nostalgia. Thank you for the great taste and good emotions!

My favorite place to get a sweet treat. The Staff is so kind and helpful. They're knowledgeable on their policies and went out of their way to ensure my brother with a peanut allergy was able to get his water ice without risk of cross contamination. I really like how our orders are always fresh and they constantly go out of their way to ensure good service is received. I recommend this spot if you want a variety of options and greeted by friendly employees!
There was lots of parking and the ice cream tasted amazing. There was a long wait to order but it didn't take long for our order to come out. 8/10

Highly recommend using the app for points! Was able to use my birthday reward for a free small water ice. This location is super busy but they have a decent sized staff so from the moment we got in line, it probably only took 6 or 7 minutes! I got a small ice and a large gelati. The parking is a little cramped and crazy but that’s not Rita’s fault. Love this location and go out of my way to go to this one bc of the fast and professional service!
