The staff was attentive, pleasurable and professional. The water-ice, 1 Gallon of Mango, 1 quart Lemon & 2 quarts Root beer, were all as good as ever. A local FM radio station was setting up a prize wheel, sandbag toss and ring toss games, for a soon to start event. Rita's Water-Ice locations are well positioned, clean and easily accessible.Enjoy!

A lot of flavors from water ice to ice cream to choose from….it was an ok visit the only downside my pretzel was a bit hard but both water ice was very good and flavorful but it was a bit pricey for 2 small water ice and one pretzel…

asked how big a small cone was and he showed me the middle side of the machine shows it. gave me it in a cup then it was about a shot worth not even and I say is that it?? and he says it's cause it doesn't freeze as fast asked for a large instead never got it in. cone even though I asked twice he looked at me like I was stupid when I asked when he brought out the cup then i ordered an Italian ice asked for a lid was never given a lid even the girl looked at me stupid

My mother went to this Rita’s today about an hour and a half ago. She says to me that she heard the strangest conversation. Apparently there were 2 young boys and 2 young girls working (about ages 17-18). My mother heard one of the boys say something about adopted girls so my mother asked one of the girls what he was saying about adopted girls. Turns out he was stating that adopted girls weren’t hot. My mother then proceeded to tell them that her daughter (me) is adopted. Delaware is small, be careful what you say in front of people you don’t know because you could say the wrong thing to the wrong person :) it was all good jokes though but a little hurtful ;( LOL

Was visiting over the weekend and had to get a water ice from Rita's. I went twice in one week. The line moved fairly quickly and the girl who took my order was gracious enough to ask me if I didn't like my order she would remake it. The first time I got a large Mango/Swedish fish and the second time I got a large mango/ gummy bear water ice, it was good! I grew up on water ice so anytime I'm in the area I always have to stop at a Rita's in Philly/Delaware/ Maryland.The building could use a good pressure washing but the water ice was good!

Just had a terrible experience at this Rita’s. The young lady who provided service forgot that she was in a service industry and kindness and being pleasant are keystones. I like Rita’s but I work too hard for my dollars to be taken for granted in this manner. I contacted customer service and will not be frequenting this Rita again.

The service at the location was very good with friendly staff. The food was spot on for a Rita's. The only issue with this location can be getting in and out of the location due to traffic.
