Great salads and toppings, clean restaurant, and friendly service. My only suggestion is to watch them and ladle the salad dressing because they can be heavy-handed! You can get dressing on the side, but it's never the same as having it mixed in properly. I would definitely return when I visit this area again.

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE ZERO HOSPITALITY. I am currently still waiting for my salad since 11:18 because they did not have small shrimp available which is all I can eat (pescatarian) . While I am waiting , there is medium sized shrimp sitting here ready but will not add it to my order but rather have me leave paying full price for a partial order due to them not being ready or an additional $4.50 again due to them not being ready. I understand some times you can get off to a late start , however the customer should not be waiting until 11:53am because you were not ready to start the day . This is 100% an ownership and management issue not a staff issue. They don’t have the freedom to accommodate their customers when they are in the wrong. And apparently there will be no manager on staff until next week. Wonderful.

I went to this Salad Works today and by far I must say this was the worst experience at a Salad Works I have EVER had. I ordered a half panini and half salad combo. it took them 20 minutes to make 1/2 a panini. 20 Minutes. On top of that the panini I ordered was buffalo chicken... there was two pieces of chicken and no sauce. It was absolutely disgusting. If I could give zero stars I would. DO NOT GO HERE

Be warned - do NOT do online ordering for pick up at this location. Myself and four other people waited in line for our orders, which were supposed to have been done ahead of time, and none of them were. No one came over to greet us and tell us they were running behind. They literally made the orders in front of us, as we came up to tell them we were picking up. Everyone else who just walked in got theirs right away, they were definitely the priority when ours should have been as they were sent in ahead of time.Once I finally got my order, I checked it, and I was supposed to get a pickle and chips with my half sandwich/salad, which it says ON the online menu as well as on my order receipt. I simply asked someone at the counter for it and showed my receipt, and she refused to give it to me, saying "only whole panini come with that", even though my receipt stated clearly that it should be included.She was extremely dismissive of me and did not want to give me what I PAID for. I even did a tip online. Rest assured I have written in to corporate and asked them for a full refund. It's a shame, the food is always good, and I've never had this issue with them before, but they've lost my business.

They are clearly understaffed which is not totally their fault, but they did not make me the salad I ordered. I wanted the Smokey bbq salad and I got something that was not on the me u with Buffalo chicken. That’s my first and last time going to Saladworks.
I've frequented this place many times, and tonight the service was horrible. The respect the girls making the salads had for the lady (a school bus driver) in front of me, was unbelievable. Straight out disrespecting, talking back and denying it was towards the customer, and laughing under their breath was disgusting. The lack of care the young girls had (some not all) for the service they were providing the customers, was something I hope to never see again.Not to mention, I paid almost $4 for a bottle soda that was on display as a 20oz but when handed a cold one, it was a 16oz.

Literally the 2 workers did absolutely nothing as me a 2 ladies just sat there in astonishment for 5 mins. Then they went in the back and one came out with chicken. She over filled the already full chicken. The other one came out the chatted with each other as they put the lid back on the chicken tub. Obviously waiting on the 3 customers at 2pm wasnt in their job description. Then they both went in the back. It was about 10 mins at this point. The ladies and I were like WTH is going on. They come back out 2 mins later and start putting empty 3-4 empty containers in the salad area. Nobody said a word to us. Couple more minutes and 1 went to wash her hands(ok getting somewhere). She meandered over to the counter and said she’d be right with us. Lmao. Feel sorry for the owners. I left and went to panara with my 4 person order. Never again will I step foot in that place. 3 people waited 18 mins as the 2 workers showed absolute zero care or effort toward the customer. Unreal.
