Jontae the manager seems to have an issue every time I come in there. She’s never pleasant when taking an order. This is the third time I got an attitude for just asking a question. I let it slide a few times cause I get it times are hard, but then I noticed she’s also rude to her staff. If she has a problem with people I don’t think a job in customer service fits her. My coffee didn’t even have what I asked for either.

The staff here makes it a pleasure to visit! Jontae' is unmatched as a barista- whoever trained her deserves a raise! Keala and Chamya always put a smile on my face with their amazing energy and incredible customer service. V and Julia (manager) are newer but are awesome additions to this already amazing team. Thank you for making my mornings a little brighter, guys!! Save me an everything bagel- double toasted!! P.S. I also want to thank you guys for always allowing my dog in- she loves her pup cups!

Had a very bad experience in this Starbucks today. Ordered a basic coffee and snacks. The snacks came but had to wait for the coffee for 15 mins even though some other orders placed later than mine were served. After I asked, the coffee was served pretty rudely, no apology for serving late and it came without cream and the cup ring. I had to ask for each of those again and the lady was pretty rude. Am a regular there and never had such kind of experience

I typically don’t write negative reviews but I was so disappointed with how I was treated at the counter for no reason.The person was on their phone and didn’t acknowledge me at first. Then I gave them my order and then asked me follow up questions with attitude. I asked them if they could ask the question again and was really snarky.The whole experience just made my day get off on the wrong foot and something I have never experienced before. Just for wanting a venti ice coffee?Please note: my drink was great!

My orders in this store are never ready, no matters how long in advance have you placed the order, you always have to ask the barista for your order and they start preparing it after that, in the case it is ready (very oddly), they don’t put it on the pick up area, you still need to check in with them and tell your name to them. This particular store is always sold out of most of the items at the breakfast time. Very inefficient and unfriendly staff works there, in an opportunity I asked to the cashier for a spoon, she sent me to see the guy preparing the beverages, then I asked him and he send me to ask to the cashier, what a joke.

I’ve been to too many Starbucks to name, but this spot has some of the hardest working employees I have ever seen. There’s never enough of them and they make it work the best they can. It would be easy for them to get frustrated, but they always keep it together and interact pleasantly.

Good customer service but drink making could be better. Asked for a cold brew with cold foam and almost half of my drink was coldfoam.
The staff here is just so awesome! The always freet you with a smile. The service is swift, accurate and tasty. You guys are doing a great job !
