i’ve been there twice - let the first time slide but they got my order wrong both times! the drive thru ladies are so rude aswell. i do not recommend trying to “customize” an order because they’ll get it wrong.

Ordered Supreme tacos combo, Mexican pizza, nacho chips, and more. Tacos had no filling. The pizza smelled like very old oil and could eat more than one bite. Nacho chips were all broken and crushed.
Was here tonight and I placed my order at the Kiosk and waited for my name to be called, to my surprise when my name was called a woman and her elderly mother went up to claimed my order. They had been standing close to the counter before I could say it was me. They stole my order and the workers there knew they messed up and gave it to the wrong people. I just want people to be alert that there are people out here doing this. The workers played it off and rushed to redo my order. Be aware of folks standing by the counter and make sure to get your order before someone does.

This was the cleanest Taco Bell that I have visited! The staff on this shift were kind, considerate and professional. Even the bathroom was clean. I loved the terminals inside! I could take my time and customize my order without feeling the pressure of rushing through a drive-through. It was great scrolling the options and seeing what was available. I even got a zero sugar Baja Blast soda - I'm always looking for zero-free options and this is the first time I've seen them in an actual restaurant. Well done Taco Bell!!!

Disappointed. What's missing? I ordered crunchy taco supreme and I believe everyone knows "Supreme" means more than just sour cream. I don't know if it is a training issue or what but I shouldn't have to inspect my food prior to leaving the store to verify the tacos have ALL the ingredients. No Words. . . .
