Worst customer service from employees that need to be in the back of the house, instead of the front. The shift leader has no interpersonal skills and the young employees need more customer service training along with management.

It's okay. I pick up soup in a quart container sometimes to go with a sandwich at dinner. They always have 6 or less different varieties. It's kinda like cafeteria style atmosphere. Service at one end. Pick up at another.

Do not waste your time with Zoup! I am someone who goes to Panera frequently and decided to give zoup a chance. It was the worst experience I've had in a long time!The sandwiches were an absolute mess. The pesto cheese sandwich had cheese randomly melted on the inside and outside, and maybe a tablespoon of pesto, globbed in the corner of the sandwich. There was also one sad slice of tomato. The broccoli and cheddar soup was so thick and tasted burnt. Almost like it was very old. I should have not bothered with the lobster bisque. It tasted like a very low level soup. Overall major disappointment! Stick with Panera!

Have lunch there with my father most the time and it's always hot and fresh. Healthy selections. I wish the price come down a bit, but chalk that up to our economy. Never have anything bad to say about their soups! Vegetable Bounty was my choice this afternoon, which was light and settling.

Deeah (hope spelling isn’t too far off) was an absolute pleasure. Hands down one of the quickest and most pleasurable customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Went in 5 minutes before they closed literally, but still got a very warm welcome the moment I walked in the door. Never been to Zoup before so she took time to explain the menu and had the patience for me to try samples if I wanted. Made the food quickly and rung me out within 4 minutes. I come from a long line of management and customer care, and take much pride in it. She is nothing short of exceptional, thank you for making my day in 4 minutes.

Catty-talk behind the counter after I told the Asian boy the broccoli/cheddar tastes off.. he could of checked himself instead of ignoring my complaint and then had catty comments with the co-worker who did go check and came back with an attitude shaking her head , that it was fine . No resolve and they have lost a long time customer. . I don't like trashing my lunch both cups along with bread that used to come out fresh . The whole experience was a waste of time & money

Gotta love a place that greets you as soon as you walk in. Both locations it never fails.Many soup options, love the bowls. Everything is always fresh.They allow you to sample the soup so that you can make the best selection.

This is a perfect place to go on a cold night. The soup is delicious I got the chili soup really good . My husband had the chicken noodle he love it. Grilled cheese dippers went with the soup. Definitely will go back.
Always positive and delicious. I love the kindness and upbeat enthusiasm of the employees. The soups are so scrumptious. Try the Take 2 combination to sample a variety of food!

Wide selection of soups (12 soups) and you can have a little taste test of them too. Sandwiches are delicious. Had a few not all yet. Healthy choices here no doubt and little perks with rewards. Find myself here often and highly recommend this location. **9/22 Google asking for a review update on any changes: Yes!!! patience needed during last visit literally waited 20 minutes for one (1) cup of soup, yes 1 cup, nothing else no drink, no sandwich. Pass on the lunchtime 'rush' hour.

They have a pick 2 on the menu but charge you double for what the menu price is if you ask for 2. I would have just ordered a 12 oz soup, but they charged me for a try 2 (which is actually try 1 I guess). The menu needs to be more clear. I was hoping to get like a flight of soup. Also the broccoli cheddar soup tasted like straight cheddar, no Broccoli
