“We visited Le Suprême for a brunch birthday celebration. This place is beautiful. They did a great job creating a French vibe. The assorted pastries were our favorite. We tried a few apps. The omelette was OK, just a little under seasoned. Our server was very attentive and friendly. Coffees were great.”
“Had the absolute best experience. I've frequented a few Michelin star restaurants and the Highlands definitely deserves one! Took my boyfriend for his birthday, and we both got different courses so combined we tried 6 dishes - the bread and butter is superb, loved the prawns, tuna crudo is fantastic, NY strip cooked to perfection. Highly recommend!!”
“If you're looking for a quieter spot to enjoy a drink and conversation, Bar Pigalle's outdoor patio is a hidden gem. Tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city, it's the perfect retreat on a warm evening.”
“Great food and service within the beautiful city of Detroit.”
“Wow. What an absolutely fantastic final dinner of 2023! After we managed to find a late dinner reservation for New Year's Eve, it was a relief to discover that our excitement about the tasting menu was well-placed. I would definitely recommend the drink pairings as well! The amuse-bouche featuring oysters from the West and East coasts was a delightful way to splash into the meal. The wasabi and the mangosteen featured in each of the oysters, respectively, complimented the beautiful brine of the oysters in such a wonderfully playful way. This first tasting urged us to pause the menu progression and order an extra dozen oysters to explore the other possibilities. Tasting from Vancouver to Prince Edward Island, they were beautifully prepared and of excellent quality. The first course of lobster salad felt like a summer in Maine. Not that I've ever been to Maine, but the imaginary scene flashed across my vision as I took that first refreshing bite. The grapefruit emulsion worked almost majestically with the light, refreshing flavor of the lobster salad. The tapioca chip was perfect for the crunch to fully bring the different elements of the dish together. A fascinating intersection of refreshment and comfort. The second course was the potato pavé. I'll be thinking of this potato often for the foreseeable future. It was one of those dishes that makes your eyes pop open a bit when you bite it as you realize how good it is. A beautifully layered and seared rectangle of flaky delicious potato resting with a lovely salsa brava speckled with trout roe, topped with tarragon, cured trout, and black truffle flakes. I don't even know what else to say. It was stunning. Sea urchin buttered ramen, the third course, will always be what I wish my at-home thrown-together ramen could be. It was rich, it was luscious, it was comforting. Growing up in southeast Texas, crawfish boils were always some of the most exciting times of the year. The crawfish tails in the ramen brought me back to those summer days eating crawfish with a cold beer. The duck breast for the fourth course was exceptionally cooked. It was juicy and flavorful and made a perfect bite with a bit of cauliflower, raisins, apricot, agrodolce, and foie-sauce. Each bite was such a symphony of flavor that kept me coming back. Last but absolutely not least was the gâteau ardéchois: the chestnut cream cake. Accompanied by cranberry coulis and crispy meringue bites, this dessert was a sweet but still mellow finish. While the coffee mascarpone ice cream was a robust and complementary flavor, we both agreed the vanilla coconut ice cream was the star between the two. Thank you again to the stellar crew at Mink! Happy New Year!”

“Super fresh subs and veggie tray. Gonella's trays were a hit for our party!”
“I haven't been out in a while so my daughter recommended this place I I went in a I paid 100dollars for a couple of tables! I was later approached bye a young lady and was told we had to spend at least 200 dollars for drinks and we were only at 80 dollars! Then I was told! She thought we booked online! I felt really uncomfortable! But I loved the loved the Live band !”
“Those sliders they make are always top tier. Paired up with the Cajon fries you can't go wrong. Not only does my wife and I love this place the kids love it too.”
“Delicate everything!! Loved this place and will definitely come back!”
“The coney dogs are the best. The apple pie is even better. Stopped in after a concert and accidentally left a hoodie called the next day, and they had it on a freaking hanger waiting for it's owner.”

“Luke was an excellent driver on Detroit Rolling Pub. He was lots of fun and a careful and alert driver.”
“Amazing anniversary dinner there and did not disappoint!! 5 stars and we will be back.”
“I popped into Ladder 4 this past Saturday as a solo diner. I was able to get a bar seat after checking in at the host stand. The restaurant was lively with most tables being full with patrons. It is cool to see them maintain some elements of the old firehouse. Staff is very friendly and knows their stuff. The food menu is small with enough variety to please most palettes. I enjoyed the venison tartare which had the perfect balance of richness, acid and crunch. Really enjoyed the presentation on this dish. I also had the cappelini. I really liked the texture and thinness of the noodle. The brightness of the mint and peas was also nice but i felt it was under seasoned or missing something. Maybe just more salt in the pasta water? It also started to eat cold pretty quickly perhaps due to the straciatella. Wine menu by the glass has some interesting options from regions you often don't see. I do wish they had more full body jammy reds. The wine I had which was the "fullest" was just okay and didn't drink like a $19 glass. Definitely worth visiting again as they change their menu regularly. Street parking is limited so keep that in mind when planning your trip.”
“Absolutely amazing!! Lauren was excellent ❤️ The black truffle gnocchi was hands down one of the top dishes I’ve ate!!”
“Best I’ve had in a long time. The sourdough crust is perfect, and the toppings were fresh and delicious. Just perfect.”
“Food is very tasty, service is immaculate and the ambiance is so relaxing and chill! We love going here for a date night. This is perfect place for an outing with friends and perfect for co-workers/business meetings.”
“Unique Japanese food in a cozy place! Small plates for sure. We ordered 6 dishes and were very good. The pork belly in udon noodles was delicious, not sure if those were udon noodles. Overall great dining experience.”
“Never disappointed with anything I’ve ever had there and every time I bring someone to try it they absolutely love it.”
“Really enjoyed our brunch. Everything on the menu was great.”

“Decided to try this place after hearing about their unique take on the detroit coney island. Gotta say that Naga sauce is something special, it's so spicy but so tasty. And their chicken Tikka fried wings are so good. We ate in which wasn't too bad overall but definitely a good take out spot in my opinion. They are cooking up some tasty food in there, will return to try the egg rolls. Also, a great spot for late night food in detroit. They have that gyro over rice, and it's 24/7, also, Halal.”
“We had a gift card from the Detroit Redwings that we had to use, and we are so glad that they threw in the gift card. I had the 10 oz steak and it was incredible but the dessert was my favorite. We ordered something called The Game and it was incredible. I highly recommended this place.”
“Not a bad little coney. I stopped in for breakfast to-go: eggs, hash browns, and sausage, and it was good. To be honest, it's not the best I've ever had, but for the price, it's amazing. Staff I encountered was friendly and polite. Will definitely be eating here on the regular.”
“My Uncle enjoys their food. He's been a little under the weather, so I stopped in to get his favorite, chicken soup. Thank you for making him feel a little ”
“Hollywood casino/hotel offers the best downtown Detroit experience. The hotel is in a safe and convenient location near outdoor events, restaurants and a few shopping outlets. Hollywood casino/hotel rooms are modern, sanitized and comfortable and the staff is very professional.”
“This is a really good they try to kick off the food as fast as possible the McDonald's that is next door doesn't have any employees 10 McDonald's has so many problems it took me 45 minutes to get to 8 McMuffins in the ”
“Came for the tacos, stayed for the sick beats. Taco Tuesday is like church for me and my boys. No cap at all. My equilibrium goes haywire anytime I take a week off. Everything I'm telling you is real af. Theres no judgement once you enter the alley deck. All are welcome to boogie down til the DJ cuts the beat. The bartenders are always sweethearts and the dude that cooks the tacos deserves a Michelin award. Top tier if you ask me and my crew. The salsa always slaps and the shrimp tacos make me feel like I'm on a Florida beach kicking back with a cold corona and a sweet babe beside me, she's also enjoying a shrimp taco. I could go all day about how magical this place is, but I'm at the Secretary of State right now and they are about to call my number next. DM me for more info, phones always on. Later dudes!”
“Just got an inexpensive breakfast this morning. It was great! Good portion, very well cooked and was ready in a reasonable amount of time. The price was great too. They are priced less than most places with a less quality product. Great Experience.”
“Ordered the 16 piece wing-dings over the phone and when I got there about 10 minutes later they were already ready and waiting for me check how process was easy and smooth. Food was hot and delicious. My husband and I used to go there all the time when we were kids and get food and he still recommends it to this day.”
“The best place ever, stopped by for a late night snack after an event and GENE’s team did an amazing job with my requests! so yummy love the impossible sliders no cheese carmelized onions + extra pickles and mustard omg so delicious i love this white castle i wish yall had vegan cheese + a dairy free shake bc im allergic to dairy but i appreciate what we have so far ? ?”
“I have ordered a lot of different food on the menu: chicken wings, chicken tenders, breakfast, coneys, burgers, bacon chili cheese fries etc. It's all good. Reasonable prices, and specials. The inside is clean so you can dine-in.”
“Absolutely amazing!! Lauren was excellent ❤️ The black truffle gnocchi was hands down one of the top dishes I’ve ate!!”
“Stopped in during the NFL draft weekend. Took about 5 minutes to get a table. Our server, Rebecca, was fantastic. Being as busy as they were, she had our drinks and waters on the table promptly and answered our questions about a few menu items. Went with the Truffled Bumblebee for an appetizer, which consisted of whipped ricotta, bee pollen, fig and truffle honey served with Walnut focaccia bread. Outstanding dish. Even my nephew, who is a picky eater enjoyed it. Ordered a larger pizza and it was enough to feed all three of us. Dough was good, toppings were fresh and it really tasty. Definitely recommend a visit.”
“I haven't been here yet, but form what I see it seems like it is a pretty nice lil cocktail bar.”

“Great food and service within the beautiful city of Detroit.”
“Oh MAN Rocco's is the place I have searched for in vain until last year when I tried them for the first time. Since that first meatball sub I have had almost every sandwich on the menu and so far not one has disappointed! Today I had the Corner Deli and was transported to Italian paradiso! In case you non-Italians did not know, ciabatta is the Italian baguette and Rocco's bakes many fresh loaves several times per day! Usually it is still warm from the oven even if you get a cold sandwich! There is no better sandwich bread in my progenic-Italian opinion! They are in Midtown on Cass just East of Mack. Try them if you have yet to do so. You will thank the gods!”
“Delish food and super friendly staff! Would recommend!”
“By far the best place to get croissants in Detroit. The staff is always very courteous, and the selection is amazing. They have a good mix of sweet and savory options.”
“Beat Coneys anywhere. Fast and friendly service. The fries are the bomb.”
“I really love this place but I am disappointed to see a sign that says no laptops after 5. I thought the draw was a cafe that's open late. But I suppose that means they are successful with a different audience! Still love it here.”
“Noah made my experience! He was so gracious and helpful. He took the extra time to make sure I had a good experience. The bar was slammed and I could tell they were busy. I had to send something back and he didn’t make me feel like I inconvenienced anyone. That’s a big win. I’ll be back ❤️??”
“Fantastic food. Great place to take a group. Unfortunately disappointed with our experience with their catering menu. Ordered the mixed fajita tray for a get together. I like vegetables, don’t get me wrong, but $175 is a lot of money to spend for a chance to sift through peppers and onions in order to find the actual toppings. Had to be over 50% veggies.”
“Best ice cream and non dairy ice cream I have ever had”
“this place rocks! Totally worth visiting. Highly recommend the hot honey drizzle.”
“The lady serving our ice cream was super helpful and accommodating. She provided us with pup cups and gave me suggestions on which flavors to try. Our gelato flight was delicious! I highly recommend this place!”
“This place is absolutely amazing the staff very nice and very attentive the place is really clean the food is amazing as a fellow Greek I have tried many “Greek street food” and many over do it and definitely takes the authenticity away but Mitsos scratch made kitchen takes me back to the streets of Greece finally a true Greek spot take the family there and truly enjoy the quality and care in each dish while checking out eastern market you will not regret it”

“I’ve passed this place several times and finally had a chance to try it today. Some of the best chicken wings I’ve ever had in my life. Cooked fresh to order and they did not disappoint! Very nice people , very talkative and helpful. Well worth the less than 10 min wait. I will be back soon for sure. I am a fried chicken lover and they are easily top 3 I’ve had. Thank you”

“Nice place to have a drink or two. I've been there a few times, nice and professional staff.”
“We drove past another BK to come to this one, because of the reviews of friendly service and quality food. We weren't disappointed! Even though we had issues with our gift card, the woman behind the register was patient, and helpful. Food was good, hashrounds and coffee were hot, sandwiches were well put together. Only lost a star because the doctor Pepper button was broken on the self-serve soda machine and my sandwich was luke-warm (still tasty, just not hot).”

Fine Dining
“Known for their delicious steak, this restaurant should be know for how accommodating they can be. We made dinner reservations at a new spot we wanted to try. We were made to wait an hour. So we walked across the street to London Chop House and told them what happened, they sat us in minutes. I know you usually have to reserve a table here because it’s that good. But they were so kind and so sweet and made an exception for us. The food was good, the jazz music was good, the wine was good!! I will be back for every birthday celebration.”
“Definetly 5 star from the valet parking welcome package, drink serving, waiter serving, food was delicious I will definitely return. Best elegant dining. In downtown Detroit.Vegetarian options: Not only looked good but was delicious too.”
“everything was beautiful from Aniela greeting us, Mekhael’s hospitality. Rosarios and Truman took care of us and that’s why we’ll be back. Thank you guys so much.”
“One of the greatest restaurants I’ve been to in my 36 years on this earth! I’ve been 4 times already since last summer finding this place. An exceptional dining experience, intimate, fun, beautiful plating and some of the best food I’ve ever eaten, and I am a picky eater…I clean my plate every time!Definitely an experience you deserve to treat yourself to!”
“The crowd is nice on Thursday- Sundays , security plenty of parking and nice birthday party events. The drinks are reasonable and the waitresses be on their job. Like a cheers atmosphere you wanna go where everyone knows your name. Ms Krystal is sweet and loving and people be dressed to impress there. TV's seating 💺 ♥️ people call it a "hole in the wall" but those same people be in attendance "lol They come from all over the city to this place you must get there early on Sunday nights cause DJ Tony Rome be on hot blazing 🔥 fire. Dance, entertainment etc. Everytime my out of town guest / sweetheart comes to visit Detroit she has to come there before she leaves its a must.”
“There is the best Bakery in the city hands down! If you want a delicious and moist cake this is where you come. I absolutely love them, when you walk in they make you feel like family. People always ask me where I get my cakes from! “TREAT” yourself to Go-Gos❤️”
“I stopped in after landing at DTw searching for top season food options for lunch. The waitress Taylor was amazing but the food was just ok. Quite pricey 15 gas station like salad, sushi was fresh, ordered oysters they were not charbroiled or flavorful had too much cheese they arrived at table Luke warm sent them back says they were put In oven they were still Luke warmMy friend ordered the fried shrimp it was 31 for 5 sprain but that was the best thing at the entire table. We wanted crab boil but ended up here instead.200 later for 3 people with a 1 mohito... I wasn't impressed”
“Easily hands down one of the best steaks I have ever had! From the moment we walked in until we left everything was outstanding- the service, the food, the atmosphere. Would HIGHLY recommend!”
“STELLAR SERVICE I haven’t had the opportunity to dine at Table No.2. However, I would like to speak to the level of professionalism, integrity, impressive disposition, and good taste the owner, Omar , exudes. I attended an event held at one of his other restaurants last night in Royal Oak where I had the opportunity to observe his attention to detail and his interactions with guests. To say he is accommodating and pleasant is a vast understatement. He is the epitome of what doing “Good Business”entails--something to be truly appreciated and admired! Thank you, Omar, for facilitating an awesome experience! 5 STARS!”

“Great food and great customer service. I’ve tried alot of places but they are definitely the best”
“The BEST spot for hardy breakfast! I am a vegan, and this always comes through. You will become full; it is hardy. Skip the overly pricey fancy restaurants springing up all throughout downtown Detroit and get a real meal!”
“Beautiful setting, very clean and pretty store with quality products and a great coffee and soup bar.”
“I tried a chicken shawarma as a take out. It was fresh and hot from the kitchen. Very tender and very flavorful. The people here were great and so kind. I’d rate as a 10/10.”

“Really cool corner neighborhood bar! Friendly staff, cool patio in warmer weather. Even have a old telephone booth with working light. Awesome dive for a nightcap.”
“The restaurant has a nice atmosphere but the food could have been hot. The potatoes were unseasoned but the omelet was excellent.”
“Went here last weekend and loved it. Excellent and I mean excellent service from our female server on Saturday. Seated right away. Around $60 for two meals and an app, two drinks per. Chicken wings were great, not what you’d normally think with wings, but awesome! Would go back”
“I can only speak to the downtown spot, hands down cleanest taps , how can I tell ?!! The taste, you can’t even compare. You have to try yourself, don’t take my word for it. I’m not an avid beer drinker, my go to is soft parade, it just hits different here ! Burgers; amazing, tacos; amazing. Best part , great prices.”
“Hands down the best bar in Detroit. The staff are the best. Great atmosphere.”
“First time dining at Cork and Gabel for a date night and it was an amazing experience that made us feel like we were the only ones there in the middle of a packed restaurant. We loved the decor/design and menu - and our experience chatting with the staff member, Rick. We got to order a custom drink and had the bartender personally bring it to me. It was all so delicious. Thank you so much for the hospitality and kindness, as well as for our cool waiter, Alex. Can't wait to check it out again.”
“Service, food and atmosphere are beyond outstanding! If you have not been, what are you waiting for?! Their famous burger is served lunch every day and Sunday dinner. We had both the burger and Tinned Fish. . .. happy dance for both! Enjoy!”
“Great service!! We shared small plates and entrees!”
“We ate at Basan Detroit on a Saturday evening (we were among the first to arrive at 4pm). Overall, we had a positive experience. The cocktails and food were creative, and intriguing to our taste buds. We highly recommend and will come back again to try other menu items. Below is additional details of our dining experience. Place: New and at a great location. It's next to the Little Caesars Arena. We were worried about parking because of the hockey games, but because we arrived early we were able to find an inexpensive metered street parking (otherwise park at the garage or use valet). The interior is spacious, modern and elegant. Chairs are comfortable and there's adequate lighting. Services: Excellent. Our server was friendly and the restaurant staff made sure our glasses of water are always refilled and empty dishes were quickly taken away. Cocktails: Although I am usually a whiskey or bourbon person, the cocktails are creative and full of flavor. Ube-B was an interesting mix of vodka, berry, and crispy taste of black sesame, but delicious. Food: Flavorful and fulfilling. We walked away feeling like we were in heaven. We enjoyed all of our choices and definitely will come back again. Quick Review of our Choices: Cocktails: Baba Baba Old Fashioned (whiskey) - great mix for an old fashioned, just how I would like to enjoy it. Night City (bourbon) - little stronger than old fashioned, but perfect. Ube-Be (vodka) - an interesting mix of vodka, berry, and crispy taste of black sesame, but delicious. Swimming Bird (shochu - Japanese liquor)- First time I had shochu. The mix reminds me of lime sprite. I would enjoy having it again. Buns: Lobster- I did not try it, but looks appetizing. Fried Oyster- creamy with kimchi heat. Love it. Chicken Kastu- delectable, especially with curry. My favorite. Small: Chicken Liver Mousse- milk bread was crispy, and the chicken liver mouse was delicious (a bit chilled, but yummy nonetheless). Our favorite, we would have it again. Tornado Potato- great spiral potato, kinda like crispy chips with sauce. Gyoza- savory lamb stuffed gyoza and sweet potato puree, delightful combo. Large: Udon - creamy dish of noodles with eggs, there's a heat aftertaste, mild but delicious. Kalbi Short Ribs- appetizing and flavorable. Dessert: Tofu Donuts- we were hesitating because we are not a fan of Tofu, but this dessert surprised us. Taste just like cinnamon sugar Donuts. Careful, allow it to cool down to enjoy it. Soft Serve- vanilla soft serve in ginger waffle, ginger candies, and marshmallow, an interesting combo, but delicious and sweet.”
“Delicious homemade food… wonderful staff open air tables. Great service!”

“Came here with a group of co-workers an hour before closing and wow were we treated with such great service. They walked us through each menu item and offered us samples of the Elote. I ended up getting the Birria Tacos and Elote Wings. 10/10 please support this business!”
“Definetly 5 star from the valet parking welcome package, drink serving, waiter serving, food was delicious I will definitely return. Best elegant dining. In downtown Detroit.Vegetarian options: Not only looked good but was delicious too.”
“Unique Japanese food in a cozy place! Small plates for sure. We ordered 6 dishes and were very good. The pork belly in udon noodles was delicious, not sure if those were udon noodles. Overall great dining experience.”
“It was an exciting time. The lions were winning. We went to Slows for dinner. They said there would be an hour and a half wait, turned out to be 2 hours. TOTALLY worth the wait! The food was INCREDIBLE. The manager comped our drinks for having to wait so long. Heck, it wasn't their fault that the place.was so busy and people were lingering. I wish Slows was closer to my house, I would eat there much more often. I give them 10 stars.”
“Easily one of the best steaks I’ve ever had. Chef Garza makes a beautiful, melt in your mouth filet with 3 chile butter. I wish I could eat it everyday. My wife had Salmon Al Horno which was equally as good. Make sure to get table side guacamole! This restaurant is so good, I’m constantly trying to find something to celebrate so we can go!”
“Absolutely my favorite place to bring anyone I am hoping to impress. Cocktails are amazing and adventurous. The scent pairings elevate the whole experience. The staff and owners are the best. 10/10”
“Alpino really showed out for the brunch soft opening. I truly enjoyed myself. The starting dishes were 2 pastry savory dishes. The squash crostata was absolutely amazing it was flaky and lite. Sorta like a warm quiche packed with savory veggies. The other was a scallop potatoes in a puff pastry that was freaking phenomenal. Then I had the German traditional breakfast which consisted of fresh baked rye bread, alp blossom cheese, a chilled soft boiled egg, speck prosciutto, apple butter ands apple jam. The other items ordered were the Colin’s Alpino Burger and the Rosti Benedict. Not only was the food amazing but the drinks were incredible also. The Nova Spritz is a amazing gin forward spritz that’s very refreshing. I highly recommend you check out Alpino on Sunday mornings. Brunch ends at 3pm. Go check them out”
“My wife and I always enjoy going to The Candy Bar. The skill level of the cocktail craft is full on. Last night was no exception. Cool place with right amount of vibe and space.”
“Amazing cocktails and great ambience. The cocktail list is huge but the bartenders are very helpful in deciding, or making you a "dealer's choice".”
“Drinks are creative and visually satisfying. Recommend to try, for a special occasion or a date!Parking: It’s in a hidden valley, you will need to walk no matter what. Not super friendly if you are planning on going in winter.”
“Bday dinner party, I had the fried chicken, greens, amd mac/cheese.”
“amazing hidden gem in Detroit along the canal! wonderful food and scenery an amazing margaritas!!”
“We celebrated our daughter’s birthday with a fabulous dinner and dessert. Our server Ashley was great! Her recommendations were excellent. We started with sheep’s milk ricotta and hot honey and tuna crudo. Our entrees were tortellini di zucchini, squid ink fettuccine and swordfish vesuvio. The Sicilian pistachio cake with olive oil gelato was a perfect ending to an amazing meal. Our daughter travels for business and has eaten at top restaurants around the country. She said she would put this in her top five!”
“I usually don't write reviews, I just read them. But after my experience at this awesome restaurant, I had to write something. Let's start with my one and only complaint, which is completely understandable, the Time.!!! Because of the pandemic, mostly all restaurants are understaffed. It took an hour to get our food!!! With that being said, ....once our food was served, the disappointment of the wait quickly disappeared. The Food WAS PHENOMENAL!!!! Out server was Manny, but because he was sooo busy, Norman stepped in to help. The 2 of them really made my daughter's birthday special! We will definitely be back!!!!!”
“The Penguin Tray was delicious and had a great variety of sushi.”
“Fabulous food, drinks, experience, and ambience every time. The music is always phenomenal, and I’m always excited to go back. Couldn’t recommend it more.”
“Excellent service, delicious food and it all happened under the red lighting. Be prepared to park on the street as the parking lot only has 6 or 7 parking spot.”
“Tyler is a stellar bartender, extremely knowledgeable, and friendly. The food was an absolute delight. The soft shell crab tacos are a great way to start your dining experience, don't forget a flight of their in house crafted beer or guest tap ciders. Perfect dinner date atmosphere. This is a Detroit must try!”
“This place is great! It’s got a chill vibe and great service. Ariba was our server and she was great, made our afternoon even more fun. Plus super delicious beer!”
“We had heard such good things about this place. Expectations were pretty high but they were met and even exceeded. The Com Tam was fantastic. As it says on the menu, it definitely serves two, probably three if you're sharing some small dishes as well. The oyster mushrooms were not at all what I was expecting and very delicious. There are a number of good Vietnamese places in Metro Detroit. I appreciate that this one has their own point of view. The staff was friendly and helpful.”
“Without a doubt one of the best cocktail bars I have been to in a very long timeThe cocktails were outstanding with complex flavors. The food was deliciousMy fav was the Black Berrata and the karange excuse the spelling the pour was good very good”
“Had a wonderful experience at this cozy downtown bar! Best customer service and delicious food! Highly recommend this lovely restaurant for drinks and food!!”
“Excellent beers brewed on site. The saison was particularly delicious. The location is gorgeous with great seating and local art on display. Nice seating outside. Dog friendly inside and out. There are a bunch of board games available and when we went there was a nice food truck.”
“Went to pop-up chef dunny. His food is amazing. Great service as well.”
“everything was beautiful from Aniela greeting us, Mekhael’s hospitality. Rosarios and Truman took care of us and that’s why we’ll be back. Thank you guys so much.”
“Such a great Birthday experience! From the delicious whipped feta, filet mignon, and date cake to our AmaZing server Rasool who was efficient, engaging and entertaining and the atmosphere is simply beautiful.”
“Really Delicious! Just wish they had had a gin cocktail option. Service was great, definitely on the pricey side but you get what you pay for its yummy!Parking: Parking reimbursed if you park in the Beaubien Garage!”
“My wife and I recently hosted wine and fine food party for several friends. This was our first visit to the Statler and it was excellent: Our sommelier, Andree', was fabulous; so knowledgeable and entertaining. The food pairings were perfect and the wines delicious. The Statler is located in a convenient spot in downtown; its easy to find with plenty of parking options. We can't wait to get back.”
“The food and service was excellent!!! The stuffed salmon is a must!! The bartender customer service was impeccable.”
“Excellent service. Variety of foods to order are great! Both hot and cold choices are available. Recommend the Chorizo and Grilled Squid Fillet. Also, Patatas Bravas dish does have great flavor! As stated by the waiter, the sangria is definitely sweet!! Just an FYI.Convenient street parking with the Detroit Parking app.”
“Stopped by for beer and pizza. Great selection of brews. The Detroit style pizza was great. Lots of space spread out. Highly recommend.”
“Best restaurant in Detroit Metro airport sit at the bar for first class service!”
“Had a great time good vibes a smooth atmosphere”
“My husband and I are Symphony regulars and usually eat at a pricey restaurant downtown or go back to the suburbs. This time, I did my homework and read reviews of inexpensive four-five star places near Orchestra Hall. OMG, did we pick a winner! The food is terrific and the staff is wonderful. LAUREN was the friendliest, sweetest, most helpful server we have had in a long time, and we will ask for her again. I had the 1/4 dark chicken (2 drums and a thigh) and my husband had a chicken sandwich. The juiciest, tastiest chicken! We shared mac n cheese and spoonbread per Lauren's advice. All pure comfort food and pure heaven. I had a beer and Jim had sweet tea. All this for $48. And if you have trouble finding a parking spot, call and the manager will meet you outside and direct you to the lot. $5 on weekends.”
“Great fun! Karaoke night was best. Drinks are the best. I had limited myself to 2 drinks but they were so good I needed one more”
“Very cozy and cool cafe. Came here for a poetry slam and was not at all disappointed. Also great prices for drinks/food for such an amazing and casual atmosphere. Can’t wait to see you all again for the next slam!”
“Our server Jazzman was great and very professional … on top of being “Stunning” Food was absolutely delicious ‼️”
“My girlfriend and I were in town for a concert this weekend and stopped in for brunch before heading home. We wanted to visit another spot but they had a a near two hour wait and after driving around, we found Grand Trunk Pub. Thankfully they had people dining on an outside patio area they created because we probably wouldn't have noticed. We sat on the patio and I have to admit, I'd never done that in the City of Detroit. It was a great day for it too. The food was really good. I got the Chorizo Breakfast Burrito. It was ok and probably not something I'd get again (I'm picky about my chorizo.) but looking at their menu there were lots of good sounding options. My girlfriend got the Chicken and Waffles and we got the Reuben wantons. We loved them! And the Bloody Mary she ordered was insane! I'm still floored that it had a mini grilled cheese on it and a strip of thick cut bacon with it. As usual, parking is always a PITA in Detroit but if you're looking for a place, give them a shot.”
“It was our first time visiting Supino Pizzeria. The food was fantastic, and the server at the register was friendly.I'm giving the "atmosphere" 4 stars ONLY because the option to sit and eat was on their outside area. It was a beautiful day, but just a little too sunny to enjoy meal. Not a big deal, and it definitely didn't ruin our meal. The indoor seating area was under renovation. Hopefully next time, we can try the indoor dining experience.I highly recommend the pizza.”
“Best place in Detroit and metropolitan area. A true dining experience. Not to be be missed.”
“Currently, my favorite watering hole downtown (one of several for sure). I can't get enough Elephant Juice and 313 IPA. Even better if you bring a traditional Mitsos gyro with you (across the street). The gods must be crazy putting so much decadence so close together.”
“I love the Sunday night vibe, such a relaxing, welcoming atmosphere, amazingly talented musicians, whether the in-house band is performing Nina and (Club Crescendo Phil, Ibrahim,Terrance) or guest musicians sitting in on a jam session, you will not be disappointed, awesome service and delicious food... my favourite Bang, bang shrimp. ?”
“Got food and drinks here before Red Wings game. Good experience. Server was great. Everyone enjoyed the food. Walking distance to LCA. Good place for those with celiac. They have lots of gluten free options on the menu.”
“Owner was very warm and friendly it hasonly been open a year it was my mother in-law birthday and she wanted B B Q Rib's it was close to where she lives so Igave it a try place was easy to find parkingwas great.Mother in-law was happy love the ribs I was happy because I didn't have to go eany place else.Vegetarian options: I didn't really pay attention to it I just gotRibs Dinner and left.Parking: street parking lot of parking spots.Kid-friendliness: this place is more of a take out there weresmall tables in the lobby but not a lot of room to sit and eat.Wheelchair accessibility: I would say no lobby is too small.”
“Is there an option for six stars? This place served the best pasta I have ever had! The mussels were amazing and the ambience was so nice! Our server was very helpful in breaking down the menu and making suggestions. They have a happy hour which is perfect if you want to stop in and just try a few items from the menu. I can't wait to go back!”
“The Dakota Inn is a great place for dinner and for Oktoberfest - great piece of Detroit History”
“My first time eating here was yesterday and it was great. We had the house pickles appetizer as well as the pork bao. Both were excellent. Loved how tangy the pickles were and the pork belly was great. The ramen was also great. I had the pork broth with pulled pork. We also had the yakisoba. Can’t wait to try more.”
“Parking is in front of the building. Soul food is very good. The greens, cabbage and yams are all very good. Mac and cheese, is good as well. I’ve tried a few things and the service was good. My only issue was the fried chicken breast dinner was decent not my favorite item. But catfish is good and pork chops were good too and my go to items. Go check them out.Parking: Parking is available in front of the building.”
“Located one block away from the rear of the Masonic complex. Limited street parking, nearby pay lots, one free lot that is hard to find. This portion of strip is not revitalized yet and looks pretty rough. This is a complex of stacked up shipping containers. They are arranged in two courts areas, one roofed, the other open to the sky, with two floors, one being a balcony type arrangement. This is bar and food court operation, ordering at each station. Great. Lots of choices, nice employees, clean, bright, well maintained. Food was good. Sole issue is that the open courtyard had a huge tent in it for drinking and listening to music, and it smelled badly of rot inside.”
“We came to Detriot to see the NCAA D1 National wrestling tournament. We stopped in and had a great time. The beer, food, and environment were wonderful and we give them 5 stars. Look forward to coming back. Mechanicsburg PA folks”
“The unique food choices were excellent!! We had a great experience.”

“I really enjoyed myself in the space. It is open, comfortable, and a whole vibe. The service was excellent and the selection was top notch.”
“From the moment I walked into detroit soul, I felt welcomed. The customer service was amazing, that's first. Then I tried the pork chops and dressing, it was sooooo good. I said to myself "is my grandma in the kitchen?!" Meatloaf, Mac and cheese, greens etc. DELICIOUS......”

“Abdulla service was wonderful. Great customer service and very friendly. Would recommend”

We will definitely be going back.”

“Food is very good .Pricy because getting a sandwich for $14 you have to pay extra $4 for fries so the meal is $18 but I don’t understand Why do they add to the bill 18% service charge while You have to pay MI tax that’s ridiculous.Plus you should add a tip to the waitress .”
“Everything about our visit was awful. from first being seated, to terrible service, to them not coming over to our table with different meats, to the meats that we did get being dry and over cooked, to other guests being rude to us. if you go never go to the Detroit location. 100% not worth your time or money.”
“The restaurant has a nice atmosphere but the food could have been hot. The potatoes were unseasoned but the omelet was excellent.”
“The food was great! My first time going ! I had oxtails, cheddar Risotto, cornbread, greens Mac and cheese, kale salad I didn’t take a pic but it was good! My daughter got the same thing , she added black eye peas to hers, I will be going back!”
“A friend and I visited over Cinco de Mayo weekend while we were in the city for the Gunna show and everything from the security outside the door to our server was impeccable. The manager himself came up to us after noticing that we had been waiting for a while and the server was attentive and gave us amazing recommendations. We had the Braised Lamb Chops (10/10) as well as the Charred Ceaser Salad (10/10). The atmosphere of the restaurant mixed with the celebratory vibes of Cinco de Mayo made for an unforgettable dining experience. A must visit when you are in the D.”
“We've dined here many times and have always had a wonderful experience. It's our place to celebrate milestones. We loved the new look. Very bright and beautiful. Waitstaff were outstanding, food was delicious. A great evening!”
“The sea bass was the best I’ve ever tasted. It was right off the grill and hot and crispy and so so buttery. I would eat this for the rest of my life. It’s that good no lie.Parking: Valet”
“The feel of the building is low key and chill. They are located up stairs. There is a doorman that greets you when you walk in. Once you enter made it to the second level you are greeted by the server who can assist with your reservations. There is an older crowd although there was a mix when I attended. Good music. Great food. I was here for a date night and the scene was nice and romantic. The music is urban. And the staff was amazing.”
“It's a nice airport. If you're a Delta customer it can be a pretty good hike from one end of the A terminal to the other. There are escalators and elevated trains to help you get from one end to the other. I recommend you use those. The airport was clean and we'll laid out.”
“Took my wife and mother here for Mothers Day. Our waiter was excellent once we were sat. There were time constraints that he could not really help. They seemed extremely short staffed and this was our first time so 1st impressions go a long way. The feedback we got from some patrons leaving the restaurant wasn’t favorable. However there experience was not our experience. We started with the Beef Wellington bites which were amazing. It is a definite must try if you visit. The bread was soft and fresh baked, some of the best I’ve had at any restaurant. My mother and I both got the Sea bass which was phenomenal. Beautifully cooked fish and the bok choy was delicious. My wife got the Cajun ribeye but couldn’t taste any Cajun seasoning but it was very good nonetheless. The banana bread pudding for dessert was a major win. A little pricey but you can get gift cards from Costco that will save you between 20-30%. We will be back for happy hour for sure. If you’re in the area, it’s worth checking out. Service would be a 5 if the timing was better. However considering the short staff and the fact that it was Mother’s, it would be a 5 grading on a curve.”
“I'm not sure I've ever been here when it's not busy. Always has a good crowd and atmosphere. One of my favorite spots to grab a bite to eat in the city. The wings are delicious. I also really enjoyed the fried chicken strips. Overall a great experience for anyone visiting the city.”
“Just celebrated my 5-2 birthday there! Our waitress was super AWESOME!! The drinks and food were on point! It was important for me to have my birthday dinner at a Black owned restaurant especially since it’s Black History month and it’s my birthday 2/28! The restaurant played Stevie Wonder Happy Birthday song without me or my guest asking. We will definitely be back to support!! Thank you for an amazing time and great food!!”

“Alba is a beautiful reactivation of the space that formerly housed Astro. The ambiance is relaxed and comfortable, and most importantly they have a variety of food that includes substantial options like breakfast burritos and a take on the legendary egg boi sandwich. It's surprisingly difficult to find a cafe with good coffee and solid savory options in the D right now so I'm thrilled about this.”
“Randomly came across Burger Station online and decided to give it a try. The place is inside of a gas station, so at first we were a bit skeptical. Glad we tried though! We ordered two different burgers, fries, cheese sticks, and chicken tenders. Everything was so flavorful... the burgers were huge, nicely seasoned, with well thought out topings. The chicken tenders looked just okay, but once I took a bite all reservations went away. They were full of flavor, with tender meat that actually dripped juices. We will definitely come back ??Parking: It's in a gas station, so parking is limited.”
“What a meal! The food, ambience and service was absolutely exceptional. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and will definitely return to LA to visit this Restaurant.”
“My husband and I dined at Savoy on February 14, 2024. Jasmine was our waitress. She was very hospitable, knowledgeable about the menu and friendly. “Didn't honestly expect much.I ordered a double cheeseburger with bacon, jalapenos and mayo.I was impressed.By the display and the taste.Ted, even took the time to grill up my jalapenos on the burger for me.The toast that came with the chicken wings. Was phenomenal.I could easily have eaten several more. Thanks Ted!”
“I work in a nearby building & have ordered lunch a few times. Looong lines however that is to be expected since they just opened (most places in area have long lines regardless during lunch). I placed my order online in the morning for a lunch pick-up around noon, then allow an extra 45 min after your assigned time for the actual pick-up. Super excited we have a new (popular) lunch spot downtown - makes commuting into the office more enticing :-). Food is fresh, restaurant is clean, employees are friendly. One less star for the wait, hope they can adapt & handle the lunch crowds. Suggest sending a text message to mobile phones when online orders are actually ready for pick-up.”
“Outstanding dining experience, great service, and out-of-this-world delicious food. Every dish will amaze. I am already looking forward to visiting again next time I am in Detroit.”
