Simply amazing. You can't go wrong with anything here. Fresh baked greatness and such friendly service. The woman who helped us gave us some amazing food to sample without even asking. She wanted us to try their most popular items since we had never been here before. The cheese rolls and potato balls are to die for!!!
This place will never not be crowded. I went before "peak hours" so the lines were fairly short. I have had the pastries and they were always good. This time I went for lunch and it worked out great. I would recommend trying out something different besides their pastries. It was quite good.
Porto's is the best bakery I've ever been to. I live in Arizona and love to travel and have never found any bakery that even comes close to matching the quality, taste, and presentation of their baked goods! So we make it a point to come all the way to California just to get Porto's coffee and baked goods. I have to say there is always a wait but it moves pretty quick and definitely worth the wait!
Excellent - no words can describe this place. There's a huge crowd so expect a wait but it will be worth it. The ordering part can be a bit clunky.. In the sandwich lines, you order the stuff in the display cases, and the wait staff will gather them up. You then get into cashier line to order the drinks and items on their menu. But, their system works once you get the hang of it. Their food are great. Their plantain chips are one of the BEST I've had. Their version of Express that they make with condense milk is very very awakening.. just the way I like it. It comes in a small about three ounce size cup designed for small sip. It has a very pleasant coffee after taste. Their Porto's House Specialties, they're priced right and comes in small bite size. A meat pie pastry is only $0.98, and most their Croquettes are less than $1.00 each. The sandwiches are a nice size and even cheaper than the subway across the street.
THE best Cuban pastries you can find in all of southern California. Expect to wait in line for a while, especially if you feel like getting a cheese roll after work. The workers there however are very efficient and do their best to accommodate as many people as possible

The service is great! More like a sit-down restaurant rather than fast food! They serve food quickly like fast food and provide service almost like a sit-down place. Very clean, very friendly staff, and the food is perfect!! Probably the best fast food place you could go to. This place makes you want to stay and eat rather than grab-and-go. Love it!!!
The food is so good and fresh. The restaurant itself and playground is very clean. They clean the play ground by hand and it does not smell like sweat like other playgrounds at other fast food restaurants.
My Kids love coming here for the food and the play place. Not bad for adults either. The staff is always super friendly and attentive. Just be careful if you have little ones-the play place usually attracts an older crowd which means you may have to play referee.
FAST FOOD??? MORE LIKE EXTREME FAST FOOD!! I was impressed. I literally ordered, walked over to get some condiments and then there was a man standing next to me asking, "Where are you planning on sitting Geo?" This place is clean, very fast, good in taste and the people are constantly passing by to see if you need anything (refill, trash taken away, etc.) I'm definitely coming back.
from the start everyone was so friendly we got greeted. ordered our food and sat at a table our food was brought to us which was great! Nancy and Cynthia made us feel like home. My bf and I were amazed at how good they were treating us! the food was amazing!! they're not stingy with their sauces they have them out so we can take as many as we want! I just love this place!! It made my whole day I was out of there with a big smile! Strongly satisfied

Great place to eat. The parking is sometimes tricky because of the drive through line being so long. This is a good sign that people love this place. Patience is required to sometimes find parking. The drive through is probably the best because there's usually someone outside taking orders so you can hear them and you know they hear you too. I usually order double double with whole grilled onion. Great tasting burger at a good price. The beef patty is tasty with fresh lettuce, tomatoes and sauce. The fries are usually fresh because you can see the workers cleaning and cutting them in the back. Every few times, I do get some fries that's been cooked in old oil but it doesn't happen often so I'm good. I love the milk shake, it's awesome. Taste like real ice cream :) I read a review about Wendy's being better than In N Out. If you can't tell the difference in quality of the two, I don't think it will matter where you go. Definitely would recommend anyone here to get a great burger.
In-N-Out Burger was busy when I arrived with two hungry boys 13 and 15. We went here because a gift card with $20 was to be used for lunch. The gift card was enough for 2 double-doubles p, 2 shakes, 2 fries and a burger to go. So, i had to buy my own lunch. I had ordered a cheeseburger with extra onions and no lettuce. It was on the receipt but the special instructions were disregarded and when i asked for a burger, the way i asked for it, i received a cold burger. I then alerted the manager on duty and then received a burger the way i ordered it...it was not hot, or fresh, it was dry and warm, the burger, even chewy., the other ingredients were fresh. The fries were fresh and I requested 2 cups of fresh coffee with creamer. The order taker looked at me like i had asked for a piece of cheese from the moon. I know what good food is and what it should taste like and i read that since 1948, IN-N-OUT is all about the quality of the beef (not frozen)..ok...but non-juicy, chewy burgers are un-appetizing as well. The management relayed apologies. Wendy's has the In-N-Out burgers beat. I won't be going back to this location any time soon..no care about the quality of food served will have a business going out of business quickly.
I am surrounded by three In N Outs Downey, Huntington Park and South Gate. But we always choose this one. Speedy cashiers, excellent customer service and clean facilities. Karina gave me an excellent experience today that demonstrates why this location will continue to have lines out the door.
Good burgers, long line. They do a pretty good job taking everyone's orders in the drive through line, so its not terrible. Always friendly workers
First time being in the west coast and of course i had to come here. Although there was a long line, the burgers were very good, but the fried were crunchy and hard. Not to mention the shakes here are 10/10

Let me start out by staying.. for those coming for the 40oz Tomahawk steak keep in mind that while it may have been the best steak I have ever had, it definitely felt like it wasn't worth the $115. If you want to feed a group of 4 or more (like us) look for something else or be prepared to spend extra on something like the breaded slice of cheese. With that aside the food (while a bit over priced) is excellent and the service is extremely friendly and helpful. Where you spend extra in cost you earn back in taste. Give it a shot if you'd like a unique take on steak and bar style food.
Let's start off by saying they have great meat, loved the steak 🐮 , and the bacon 🥓 Brussels sprouts side dish ware really great. the downside is if we sell steaks lets provide steak sauce, I know that some will say a good steak doesn't need a thing with it , but I think 🤔 if someone wants sauce for a 55 dollar steak he should get it. just saying, I don't want to bring from my house 🏡..... 😊 about the pork sliders - too sweet, and no contrast, too soft and nothing to make you say this was amazing, I know it's only a pork slider, but come on, put something to give it some personality. will go again, please get some staek sauce for my next time ⌚.... 😊.
Been going to this place for years. The foods amazing and so are the drink choices. The small place is getting more and more packed because of the notoriety gained through social media and the buzz around the tomahawk steak. If still say well worth it. Just get a reservation in advance.
Stopped by for their tomahawk steak and drinks. The steak was aged nicely and cooked to perfection. Drink selection was good and the service was outstanding, they made us feel like regulars there, very welcoming. Definitely will be coming back. A word of warning though, if you are interested in the tomahawk, make sure you call ahead and check for availability because they will run out.
Nothing is more unappetizing than watching two greasy 300lbs. guys dropping their welfare checks on $110 steaks and eating it with their bare hands. It's not a food challenge!!!! Everything was overpriced by 15-20%. Cocktails were well crafted. Appetizers were pretty good. House salad lacked proper amount of dressing. The help wore backward black ball caps and weren't nearly dressed appropriate for a place that charges the way they do. Downey is full of patrons who live with their parents and don't pay rent. Overly loud and horrific cheap chairs. Steak N' Stein in Pico charges $40 less for the same Tomahawk!!!!

The double char was delicious! This Habit location is nice and chill with plenty of parking. The service was fast and accurate for my order. It's nice and clean inside and outside. I came early Saturday evening and it wasn't even that packed. Highly recommended :)
Can't go wrong here! Yes there's also an In N Out on the corner but there's nothing wrong with a little variety!! And the fried green beans mmmmm
The burgers are on point. Lots of menu items. Burgers, sandwiches, salads, all made to order. The staff are all nice and helpful. Especially the girl that was on the register. The service alone makes me want to return. They have a small outdoor patio dining area with some umbrellas for shade and heaters for when they're needed. Their bathroom is small and for a single person. It sucks because it's usually a little busy especially during lunch hours
The staff is friendly and the food is delicious! I love the classic, or the fish burger with sweet potato fries and jalapenos! I really enjoy the food and atmosphere!
Great burgers, better than in n out and chic fi la. People are super nice too.
