This place is usually good for quick service, but unfortunately the last 2 times have been way subpar. This last time had no macaroni & cheese, no garlic & dill new potatoes and no creamed spinach. Apart from the chicken, those are literally the items everyone visits for.The service was terrible also, but I felt bad for the employees as I can imagine being out of favorites makes your day working absolute hell. Boston Market sure has changed! This place used to be nice. We ordered the food to go. When I got home I had realized the chicken was overcooked and just awful tasting. The cornbread was burnt. My parents ordered ham dinners. The ham was cut up into chunks. The sides were alright. We ordered a whole apple pie for dessert and it wasn't that great. No cinnamon or nutmeg. The only GOOD THING about this place was the service. Mo

The guys behind the counter were cool, the younger guy that took my order seemed newer, but he was all over it.The food, notsomuch. No gravy, chicken was kinda dry and that signature Mac and cheese was some new mushy stiff that was terrible. Maybe it was just a bad day..
