This place is so slow. I also ordered a bagel sandwich to go and they gave me everything separate. Literally, all toppings, separate from the actual bagel. What’s the point of offering a bagel sandwich! The only positive thing here is that all the staff was very nice, but I will never go back here.

They are located in a shopping center. Very hard to find spaces. That should’ve been a sign. It took the server 10 minutes just to bring a menu. I told her I don’t need a menu, I know what I want. Corned beef on rye, sour pickle, coleslaw, and a diet cream soda. Some of my favorite things in life. She said I could get a half a corned beef and a cup of soup. I said yes and the soup happened to be lentil. The soup was cold and tasteless. The corned beef sandwich was dry and just not good . Just observing the establishment. The table next to me received the wrong salad and complained about the soup!!

Waitress took forever just to ask what we wanted to drink. when she brings the cappuccinos 1 of the cups were dirty with eggs and the cappuccino was cold. 20 minutes after getting our drink she ask us if we was ready to order , our food took forever to get to the table and sarcastically the waitress ask us if it took long and we answer “yes” and she said oops maybe I was talking too much (With her coworkers) The latin girl how her coworkers call her was super rude and had an attitude. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all .

Do not go here. Rude employees from the lady who sat us to the waitress. The place is dirty but we were already inside so figured we would try. 30 minutes later after dealing with their rude and nasty waiters and the clueless floor manager we walked out. Too many better places in the area, don’t waste your time here unless filthy and rude is your thing.

Our party sat outside. It wasn’t particularly busy (maybe half full). 10 mins go by, no one acknowledges our presence. 15 mins go by, and a waitress brushes past saying she’ll bring us menus. Nothing comes. One person in our party goes inside to ask for menus. None come. It’s now 25 minutes, and we haven’t received cutlery, water, or menus. At 30 mins ignored, we decide to leave. A very kind busser asks us to stay, and then signals to a waitress to come bring us menus. She said very rudely, “They don’t got time to wait. Let them go.” We were a party of 4, including 2 people over 90 and a pregnant woman. Very disappointed in the service, to say the least. Please be kinder.

Black man behind the counter was so very rude. I asked about the white fish color looked off. He was very condescending. I been there many times over the years. but this will be my last time. Food in display looked creepy. old pickels sitting in slime and a big slab of fat meat. unknown. Save you time and money go somewhere else please.

The service was terrible. The waitress forgot the orange juice and bacon. The bagels were not properly toasted. The French toast with corn flakes was soggy. The inside of the restaurant is run down and the ceilings feel like they are going to cave in. The pastries were flavourless and undercooked. I will never return. This place used to be a miami staple for me.

The service is horrible. Took forever to be seated. The atmosphere feels deteriorated. The food is not really edible, the eggs have a strange after taste. The coffee is not very good either. Not worth the $35 for breakfast for two. The oatmeal was cold and a strange texture.

Since my last visit review of Bagel Cove in 2017, I've noticed some commendable upgrades to the establishment. The restaurant now boasts a much nicer restroom and the addition of outdoor seating, which enhances the overall dining experience. The ambiance has certainly improved, making it a more inviting place to enjoy a meal. The staff at Bagel Cove remains friendly, a consistent positive. However, during my recent visits, there have been occasional lapses in attention to detail, with some orders not being as meticulously handled as one might hope. When it comes to the food, while Bagel Cove offers a decent selection, it doesn't quite reach the culinary heights of famed New York delis like Barney Greengrass in Manhattan, especially regarding the taste of their fresh fish and bagels. While Bagel Cove is a fine choice for a casual bagel and deli experience, it doesn't quite match the iconic taste and quality that some New York establishments have set as the standard. In summary, Bagel Cove has made strides in improving its physical space and continues to provide a friendly atmosphere. However, there is still room for growth in food quality and service consistency to truly stand out in the competitive New York deli scene.
