Watched everyone that walked in get their bowls immediately while there was a line of people waiting for mobile orders. Had a bunch of staff standing around and not helping the one guy doing all the mobile orders.

They say they close at 11 PM however it was 10:45 PM and they already had the doors locked. They had people eating inside still. Very unprofessional! It’s made food already it wouldn’t take 5 mins to make me a burrito bowl!

I got some food here on Tuesday around 8:15pm .Very low quality food with no effort made towards hygiene.The filthiest Chipotle I have ever been.Very unfriendly staff.The guy that served me looked like didn’t want to be there at all.Made me feel like he was doing me a favour.Eat in area very dirty and the patio outside full of trash with bins overflowing.I will never step foot in this place again.
Unfortunately I been a regular client of this location. However, it has lost its touch, and cleanness is awful . Management does not care about the place. You see plenty of employees standing around doing very little, seeing how the place doesn't get care for.Leadership socks in this location.Too sad.

I placed an online order through the app. I arrived before the time frame for pickup and I was made to wait 15 minutes, also made to wait for 12 people to walk in and order from waiting in line and it still took 7 minutes to make my burrito after the whole place was empty. The excuse given to me was that there was chicken waiting to be taken off the grill yet 8 people in line were able to get chicken that was already there. Completely unprepared, disorganized and unprofessional. WHAT IS THE POINT OF THE APP IF YOURE GOING TO MAKE THE MOBILE ORDERS YOUR LAST PRIORITY. GET IT TOGETHER!!!

Worse place to eat. Never have food. And the food they do have they give tiny scoops them charge extra. Poor management. Team is rude when I asked “Petta” her name, if that’s her real name. She ignored me. Then started speaking Spanish as if I’m not Spanish. Because I appear DARK or “BLACK” begins to call me stupid and rude. I will be calling corporate as well. When I asked to speak to the manger she never came out. They never prep food never have veggies. What if I was vegan. No options for vegans. Rice hard AF this the location at the mall. Adventure mall
