I never had such a bad experience at a restaurant. The service was awful. We sat down and over an hour later we still didn’t have the water we asked for. The bread as well. I had to go inside and get the water myself. Then the three foods I ordered they didn’t have any of them!! Each time I ordered something else the waiter would come out and said he didn’t have it. Oh and they also ran out of tchina and chummus. So the waiter told me I only had 2 options to choose from for an entree. I chose the one steak there was available. When my steak finally came, I can’t even begin to tell you how awful it tasted. My husband and I both couldn’t manage to get it down. We were starving and we can usually eat anything and this was burnt and tasted horrible. When we told the waiter at the end we were still charged for it. Awful experience all around.

Good food, we're missing a lot of things from their menu

Needs more waiters. The busser should never bring me a menu and drinks, only clearing the table like busser should. Waiting forever on the bill and refills.

This place! It's rare to find a place that has good food in multiple styles. This place has delicious exquisite middle Eastern cuisine as well as incredibly soft fresh hot pita on the table... And throughout the meal as well as delicious dips. They also do some of the most amazing State you'll ever have anywhere... Including New York.My wife and I flew in for 10 hours to Florida from NY and we had very limited time but we would not have gone if we would not have made extra time to stop off at one of our favorite restaurants.Staff is amazing ambiance is very comfortable for family style or date night

It's not easy to find kosher food in Miami, but this restaurant is a very unique location and they do have some really quality food. They have really nice appetizers which they serve upon entry. And it really resembles the flavor of Israel. The service on the other hand is not the best and often times is disappointing when I went the other day. Many people were waiting outside in lines just to go ahead and order and people are getting frustrated and even people who had reservations were not getting seated on time. However, I will say this. Once we did get seated and we did have some food on the table and we did get a little bit of service the overall experience Was fair. The quality of their falafel and hummus was very nice. I threw reason why I give this place a three out of five is because they definitely need to work on their level of service and their organization as after waiting 45 minutes in the cold the food doesn't taste the same.

Food was okay, but we were charged nearly $2 for BBQ sauce. On the side. In a small condiment cup. And we never even received it.

I celebrated my PhD yesterday in this fine place. Well it was a tremendous evening and the restaurant was evidently the reason for this fruitful celebration. The crew participated in a pleasant style, the food was delicious and my guests were so overjoyed. We shall surely return for more joyful events. thanks very much.
