To the owner of this place,I wanted to share my feedback about my recent experience at your restaurant. Overall, I really enjoyed the food. However, I do have a couple of suggestions for improvement.Firstly, when I ordered the burger baguette with salad and tomatoes, I was expecting to see larger pieces of veggies. Instead, they were scattered in miniature pieces, which was a bit disappointing. It would be great if you could ensure that the vegetables are more prominently displayed in the future.Secondly, I had a negative encounter with one of your waitresses. She was a young blond woman with curly hair. Unfortunately, she was quite rude and made our large party of 10 feel unwelcome. Two members of our group have gluten allergies and had some questions about the menu. Instead of being helpful, the waitress made them feel bad about their dietary restrictions. This made me feel embarrassed because I had suggested your restaurant as a dining option. I believe that her behavior is detrimental to your business.To make matters worse, the waitress also imposed an 18% tip on our bill, which I personally felt she did not deserve. This added to the overall negative experience. In fact, during our next visit, we opted for takeout and ate in the car just to avoid interacting with her again.I hope you take my feedback into consideration and address these issues. Ordered a Healthy Delight with grilled chicken. $25 for a soggy salad??? Really??? So not worth it.

The first time I came here about a week ago the falafel Schnitzel I ordered was really good which made me come back Tuesday night. I immediately noticed two different things that stood out to me compared to my first order. The first time the way the falafel pita was prepped had more salad which i noticed the one I got Tuesday night it was just thrown together in comparison and had less. Also an adult greeted me for my order. When I came in Tuesday it was a way younger girl with a whole bunch of younger adults, possibly teens inside. Unfortunately for me I woke up Wednesday morning with food poisoning from the falafel Schnitzel. I won't be returning after the horrible stomach cramping I experienced yesterday along with other symptoms of food poisoning. It's unfortunate but the difference in the food preparation stood out and definitely stood out how my stomach reacted within hours of eating.

Not impressed. The food tastes different from when they first opened. We haven't been here in a while and unfortunately our take out order today was not good. The Caesar salad was soggy and the meat cigars weren't appetizing. The pesto mayo dressing tasted off. Not sure if it was a bad day or the quality has gone downhill. The staff were friendly, so that's at least one positive.

We had liked this place previously. Ordered delivery for Shabbat. Order delivered missing items. Tried to get resolution and items re-delivered with no success. Was told that maybe the delivery person took the food but the bag was sealed with the kosher Miami tape so not possible. Left us hanging for Shabbat food we had planned on having. Very disappointing.
I had the cookies and cream milkshake and it was delicious. The staff was so patient and customer service was exceptional especially by Juan. I will definitely come back.

Food is clearly not fresh, we were charged twice after one schnitzel was not ready, not fresh pita bread, schnitzel has no flavor, chips at the lowest level, and old vegetables. Not recommended at all. We didn't finish eating and left disappointed.

As a fast food place, they have the audacity to force us to take table service and charge us 18% service fee.Plain tables, no table cloths, paper napkins, no ambiance. Really? It would be like McDonald's charging 18% service charge.

Had lunch with my daughter today, a blond girl that takes orders was very rude, not very welcoming. My order was ready and a set down with my daughter and asked for a plastic cup for my drink the girl tells me that I should have told her that that I was going to eat my sandwich inside because there is an extra charge for that with a very rude face. I was shocked I never heard that in my life. She didn’t even ask if I eating in or taking it to go. Terrible service!!! She made me feel so uncomfortable that I didn’t even enjoy my dry sandwich…I will never go there again…
