First time eating here! You be the judge! 2 meal combos for $29, 8” sandwiches, drink's tasted like pure sugar no soda in it, 2 chicken BBQ mostly chips almost no chicken in it and cold cold cheese absolutely never ever coming back to eat at any Jimmy Johns place anywhere . Did it just because not to cross to Chick Fill’as because of the rain. Unpleasant experience eating their food! Waste of time and money.

My first lettuce wrap. I want to suggest a different kind of lettuce. Iceberg did nothing for my sandwich. It wilted before I started eating it and I just threw the lettuce away?

Rude and discourteous manager, Ms. L. Louis is definitely in need of more training in customer service. My Sandwich was not made per my request. After bringing the error to her attention she became confrontational, and WITHOUT looking at the sandwich told me in an ANGRY and unpleasant tone that it WAS prepared correctly! A welcoming and cheerful attitude makes a huge difference in sustaining a viable business!

I always get tuna fish with all the extras. It's a good sandwich that's made really fast. The servers are always nice and they have some cool signage frames around to read. Especially in the restroom. I come early before the rush normally and there's always parking right out front. Definitely recommend this over a McDonald's or BK.

We placed an order for 4 sandwiches, the lady who took the order had a nasty attitude. None of the sandwiches were close to what we ordered and couldn’t verify the order in the restaurant becase they seal the sandwiches, no wonder why.I can’t believe they are still in business!

My sandwich was not delivered they redelivered it and I received a sandwich that was not the same quality bread wasn’t fresh soggy and it’s missing what I ordered on it quality has went don’t I usually order here often sandwich doesn’t taste the same

I’ve been ordering the same thing for YEARS every single day- a slim unwich and a side of hot peppers. Well today, I tried this location and was told I can’t order a side of hot peppers (again something I’ve done every day for YEARS), and I ended up paying $8 for an unwich that didn’t even have any cheese. And I only received one hot pepper despite asking for extra. I won’t be returning, and to think a life long customer was just lost because I couldn’t BUY a side of hot peppers.
Decent sandwiches. It needs more space to sit down. Fast and efficient service. I liked lunch boxes that were provided at my work. Not sure if the lunch box is available to purchase individually.

The customer service was outstanding. The staff members were a pleasant to converse with and order from. This is what I look for in places like this. Often times, people will be rude to you for no reason. Food was prepared in a quick fashion as well.
