I absolutely hate giving bad reviews. I like to see all sides of things. But after putting in an order and being notified that it would be not 30 min but an hour, I got to the restaurant only to wait another 60 minutes. I know you are probably thinking why did you wait so long? Are you a masochist? And for that I have two comments. One: the waitresses would ignore all of us waiting. At one point I was questioning my own existence because of how good they were at ignoring us (there were many of us waiting). The second is that just as I was about to throw in the towel they gaslighted me to say I had not been waiting as long as I had said and that my order was next. Another 20 min passed. So yes. This is as partly my fault but these people were masterful on the art of ignoring customers. So, after 1 hour of putting in an order and another hour of waiting at the restaurant I left not only angry but also ashamed of myself for letting this place treat me like this. Hands down worse experience I've had.

Mr. Chief's is Always a Great Place for Chinese Food . Quality Food at it's finest. Excellant Customer Service , Owner works most of the time. The large Special Soup is enough for 2 . The Ribs are simply the best, with not much fat on them. Special Fried Rice with scallion's is enough for 2 people. Chicken and broccoli is my favorite or the pork Lo Mein. This establishment is beautifully Designed and clean. I hope you all enjoy the fine dinning as much as me and my guest's do. Always feeling the love for Mr. Chief's food experience in Aventura . I ordered for delivery ! You cannot order smaller sizes of food like a pint or quart .I was very disappointed in their fried rice as it was not fluff & dry !Ribs were not tasty & I've had better egg drop soup !

Okay I’m a huge fan of Chinese food and had doubts because of all these awful reviews but this place is awesome chicken dumplings are delicious bbq ribs are also a great appetizer main course we had pepper steak that was a 10/10 orange chicken as well this place does get really busy so it’s only normal if you have to wait for your food it’s all worth it wait also Ricardo our server was very polite and attended all of our needs me and my family are making this spot our new Chinese go to spot

Absolutely awful experience. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to anyone. We sat down at 6:30 and it took over an hour and a half for any food to arrive. It took over a half hour for even drinks to come. I feel bad for our waitress because she was lovely and this was not her fault. The manager however was not accommodating at all and did not even seem to care about how we felt. They were prioritizing takeout orders before anyone who was actually sitting in the restaurant. I myself work in customer service and I know that if I as a manager provided this service, I would be disappointed in myself. This is extremely upsetting for a family establishment and I would not come back any time soon, or ever for that matter.

I have been here for 1.5 hours with no food. This is the worst service I have seen in Miami and I have seen a lot of bad service do not come to this restaurant it is not worth it despite how good the food may be. We have been waiting too long to eat. My kids are hungry and it’s not acceptable.
