My daughter and I were frequent customers before covid, and have been now twice since. The first time back was about two months ago and was wonderful. Everything was a 10/10. We always love the Cilantro Lime salad with shrimp and couldn't wait to come again. Yesterday, my daughter and I went again while walking around the mall and were craving that salad like crazy. While sitting and waiting for around 30 mins for the food to come, Luis who was our amazing server, apologized for the food taking so long and offered us soup or bread while we waited. The salads came and the shrimp in it still had the feces track in them which is awful and totally ruined our appetite. Luis offered us something else which we got the French Dip and the Turkey club which were okay, but we were weren't even very hungry after seeing the shrimp like that. Then we had some coffee which ended up having a gnat in it. Update: the restaurant manager Jorge called me and apologized for the experience yesterday. I have changed my stars rating from 1 star to 3 stars because of how impressed I was with the call from Jorge and Luis as a server overall. Hopefully when we come back to try again, it is as good as it used to be.

5/28 called at 4:28 to order a pizza and acoke. I decided to eat in . At 5pm they start to make my pizza. The place was empty. I left without eating!!! Never again..

There's no point for me to shop at Nordstrom and not have lunch there. It's a must for me. I love the onion soup and chicken pasta. I wish I had the recipe to do the dish all of the time. And let's not forget the bread pudding, one of my tile favorites.

Today my experience was bad, we gave grace due to it being busy but we received nothing in return ! Our waitress Thalia barely acknowledged us when we sat at the bar, after 30 mins our orders were taking and finally got water, another waitress got our juice and cocktail order after renewing my parking for another hour we asked how long the food would be waitress went to kitchen window and proceeded to walk around us as if she was avoiding us, we finally asked for our check to just pay for our drinks and Thalia caught an attitude and argued with us regarding giving us our check then tossed the check at us as if we inconvenienced her but the lack of service we received ! No manager came over to apologize we left hungry and annoyed !!

honey has the BEST music playlist ever. The music set the tone for the atmosphere. The bar service was outstanding and Darren the bartender was very accommodating. The should be more isolated and not in a shopping center because of the business it brings so much business. I had the DIY omelette and it was amazing!!!!! The food was fresh and tasteful. Full of flavor and decent portions. The cheese grits was on point and made from scratch. My friend had the French toast and potatoes, which he rated it a 9/10. They did not disappoint and should be a must visit when visiting Miami. Also the drinks were good as well. It had everything you want in a brunch environment. Employees were nice and presentable. No complaints and no real issues to state.

This restaurant is a hidden spot inside Nordstrom in Aventura Mall. I like to go there because is cozy and not so crowded and everything is delicious! My favorite and highly recommended: the flat iron steak frites! Super yummy! The staff is super nice and friendly!

I will be short: I think it's been one of the best breakfasts / brunches in my whole life! Check the pictures, they speak for themselves The staff is super nice and helpful, they don't stop a minute and make your brunch unforgettable. We are coming back for sure!
I have been going to this place for years, the fact that it is located in the upper level of the Nordstrom store in Aventura Mall is convenient for shoppers looking to grab a quick bite or even dine. The hostesses and waiters there are also very nice and try their best to maintain service quality. The food there does taste good, I have tried a couple of their items including their appetizers, pizzas, entrées, soups, and even their signature rustic bread. There is no significant problem present to report, however, there was an item in the entrées section of the menu that was removed. It was the boneless chicken pommes frites, breaded with garlic and lemon with a side of fries and a delicious olive aioli sauce. The meal was a popular option among many customers and was often enjoyed. While it is unknown why this item disappeared off the menu, however, it would be great if it is included in the menu again.

Generally good quite good food . However it's all mostly tasty. The problem is the usually the service and the cooking of the proteins. This meal we got a cold piece of fish , last time over cooked meat.However This Saturday night The service was barely there. We didn't even want to leave a tip.
