I had a few nights here on my spring break trip and by far Matias C was the best to me! I spilled my first full glass of red wine all over myself and the table and he had at all cleared up before you knew it happened! Thank you so much Matias! Next time I come down, I will get a stemless glass please!! ?♀️?♀️

Food's like a taste of Italy – pasta's spot on, and the tiramisu? Mamma mia! Service is friendly, but be ready for a bit of a wait. Still, totally worth it for the flavors. If you're around and craving Italian, give it a shot!

This place is extremely overpriced. For $35, I bought chicken Parmesan, which came with pasta that tasted like it was just tossed in a can of tomato sauce (I grew up on this; it tasted and looked the exact same). The chicken tasted like Tyson chicken. You get paper napkins and no free bread or anything like you would at any other Italian restaurant at this price. My husband ordered pasta as well and said it had no flavor.Now, the service was amazing which is the only reason why I have this place anything more than a 1. This place just felt like a scam.

we had moses as our waiter and he was amazing!! we had a party of 10 and still the food came out really quick. everything was perfect!!! definitely worth every penny. will be coming back next time i visit hollywood:)

The food is INCREDIBLE! We sat outside and our server was not too attentive and not the friendliest. For a place where the plates average $30+ each, you'd think the service would be better. The food made up but service is an issue here.

We have eaten at Serafina (Aventura Mall) many times. The food is always excellent. The drinks are made to perfection. The wait staff is engaging, courteous and attentive. The ambience is pleasant. There's both indoor and outdoor dining. I would highly recommend Serafina.
Me and my friend went for her birthday, and she definitely enjoyed herself, and so did I. The food was great. Our waiter was very polite, hospitable, and gave great suggestions on dishes. I would definitely come back to Serafina.
