I recently visited the restaurant located in Aventura Mall, and was disappointed with the service from Floor Manager Andrés. He assigned a table to other group of people who arrived without a reservation after me. When I brought this to his attention, he responded with arrogance and defensiveness, rather than apologizing for the mistake. As a Colombian, I was surprised by his behavior, as our culture values kindness and hospitality. I believe a manager in a prestigious restaurant like this should embody those qualities. Unfortunately, Andrés failed to do so, and his lack of apology or effort to make it right was noticeable.Mr. Paytick Peluso, you as a GENERAL MANAGER , should provide Andrés with additional training to improve his customer service skills or considering a transfer to a different role if he is not well-suited for this position.

The manager of the restaurant at the Aventura Mall (at least the boy said that, Andres) very bad serviceArrogant despite making other people go before us and he was not even able to apologize by answering something else and evading his responsibility.Despite being Colombian, what a bad service, and what a shame because Colombians are very nice and have very good service.How a person with bad service can give their customers a bad time

This is a very busy location so the table wait time was pretty long. We decided to eat at the bar, our server was very attentive and friendly! The food was delicious as always and the prices very affordable. I decided to try the Margherita Flatbread Pizza…I was not disappointed. However, when I went to use the restroom, it was very scary! It smelled like a public bathroom and looked like it hadn’t been attended to for some time.

A great place, lovely surroundings, superb food and great value for money. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and the food was plentyfull and very tasty. Lets not forget the desert. Best Cheesecake I've ever had.

The server took a long time for everything! I understand that you have more clients but one pays for the service, I don't know if it's because they see my young face, but I pay enough tips to underestimate a client because of their age!
