Off the plane from Montreal we came directly here. Shake Shack did not disappoint!Instead of having the usual delicious cheeseburger, this time I had the Shroom Burger. Amazing! There is a little crunch, super flavourful and very filling.The fries were excellent as always. Although I like the cheese fries, they are very rich.Delicious lemonade.The frozen custard is not to be missed. It makes you bang the table with delight.The best and most surprising thing about this Shake Shack was the exceptional service from the manager Mark. This is what you would expect from a fine dining restaurant. He made the experience that much better.The seating area inside is ok. Outside they have a huge covered area to sit and eat.We paid 30$/person. Meal, drink and frozen custard.Vegetarian options: Shroom burger is mind blowing good. I’m a carnivore and loved it.Kid-friendliness: They have crayons.Wheelchair accessibility: Ground level. Spacious.

It is an excellent concept poorly executed, I ordered an avocado bacon chicken hamburger and it is not delicious, just exaggeratedly greasy with 1/4 of avocado, I ordered some fries and they were very cold and not crispy, I realized that the potatoes have for quite a while in the window and I guess that's why they don't taste good, the hot dog is passable and I ordered a bottle of water, a total of $23.29 dollars and the computer asked me for tips! I can't believe they ask for a tip if there is no service, the girl who gave me my order had a face for everything, except service, the cleanliness of the place is disgusting, everything is dirty and honestly it is not worth the quality and service in relation to at the price, I guessThis establishment is fast food and there is nothing fast about it, they are super slow, I counted approximately 15 people in the kitchen and I consider that there are too many for the menu they have, and for the production time. I don't recommend this place. Congratulations to the owner of the concept, good value proposition and excellent taste for the menu design.
