Workers are rude and aloof. Be prepared to meet Bonita’s least employable young people.

Workers seem unhappy and agitated when you ask for something extra. And the AMOUNT you get for such a costly ice milk treat is ridiculous. Isn’t like it use to be coming to this location they need to step it up it’s located in a great spot but I’m sure only some can truly afford their business.

I went there to get a small ice cream cake for my granddaughter’s birthday only to discover they had discontinued the small cakes. They only sell the large ones for a lot more money. I got her a blizzard instead. Come on DQ. Sometimes a small ice cream cake is all that is needed or wanted.

Ordered two small shakes no milk as we are sensitive to to much dairy! Ordered with whip cream, girl said don’t have any, ok no problem I said. Got shakes back and we’re not even up to 3/4 of the cup. Over $10 and when I ask why she said the milk makes it expand and I didn’t want it. That’s the worst excuse I’ve heard. After telling her I get them and there and never half full. She said to me well they are not suppose to fill it up! Lately attitudes stink here and quality has gone down hill and have had blizzards , sundaes and everything under filled unlike all other Dairy Queen's we go to. It’s nothing but a Rip Off with an attitude. Save your hard earned money !

Ordered two small Strawberry shakes, wanted no milk as we both cannot have too much dairy. Asked for whip cream and girl at counter said they were all out. Ok no problem ! Problem was when I got the shakes in a small cup they were only 3/4 filled. When ask why she said the milk I didn’t want expands the drink!! Huh? Silliest thing I ever heard! When I told her I get them all the time and there full she said well they are not suppose to fill them. Paying over $10 for two small cups and you can’t even give me whip cream and then say that. The real reason was she was left by herself and one other person came in and she was in a real hurry and didn’t correctly do her job. There portions are way below what other Dairy Queen’s in the area are. Save your money it a rip off with an attitude!

Price gouging at its finest for maybe a teaspoon of pecans on my wife's small sundae. They charged $2.59 plus tax extra for only the pecans on a sundae that cost 3.89. I ordered a banana split but they said sorry no bananas but if you want to wait we will go to the store. Worst DQ ever and I have been going to them in the US for over 25 years.

Honestly, they were quick, pleasant with service, and made a delicious banana shake! I was really dying for one, and they helped hit that spot! ?

?Do not order cakes from this location?Pathetic customer service. Unable/unwilling to follow written, online order, instructions. Manager always has an excuse. I have tried this store four times for birthday cakes. Of those 4 times, only one was as expected. Over and over they fail to meet simple order requests. Whether color requests, message or simple double fudge and crunch, only 1 out of 4 cakes has been made to order instructions. February 2022 I picked up a cake and served it to family only to have us find a hair wound through the piped whipped cream along the cake border. We were given a free cake as an apology. I was in need of cake last summer and I grabbed it straight from the case, this being the one and only cake that was as expected. Fast forward to February of this year and they incorrectly made my order, leaving out the extra middle requested. The decorations were also incredibly sloppy. I asked them to correct it and was treated very poorly by a manager. The fix was almost worse than the original. After reaching out to notify the manager, Scott, he provided an email for 50% off. Today we picked up what we jokingly called “their last chance” and once again, they screwed it up. I contacted the manager and sent a picture of my online order vs what I got. I told him that for $40+, I expect instructions to be followed. He told me that someone called and changed the colors I requested “and those are the facts.” They were given many options to make things right and fix their customer service, but over and over we’ve been disappointed with their products. The first two photos of what I ordered vs what I got and the second two are my order instructions vs what I got.

W Terry & Bay Place. This place is terrible. The girls that work here have the poorest customer service. They joke around, making orders wrong, wasting product after product laughing about it. I came in here a week ago and when I asked for more root beer she was nasty. She didnt make it the way it is usually made. Today they were out of rounded lids and so put half or less the ice cream because she was afraid it would overflow. I asked for her to put ice cream in it and her response was, "II cant, or it will overflow." I am not returning to this place. The DQ in naples has great customer service.

Not a fan of Dairy Queen ice cream but family that we were visiting wanted to stop by and get a treat.Very small store, way too small, not the cleanest, the parking lot is equally small. Service was OK, but ice-cream is beyond medicore! Very fake tasting! Not gonna repeat a visit to this chain!

Worst DQ ever. Where to start. Compared to every other DQ I've ever been to, and it's a a lot...this place serves the smallest ice cream servings of them all. They are constantly out of things, like whipped cream, bananas, Reeses...and mind you there's a Publix literally next door. They claim they have to get stuff from Costco, which I understand is where they get some supplies, but if you're out and a Publix is 50 feet away, you get what's needed instead of customers walking out. These kids they have there working there don't care either, it's like they are just starting to grasp the concept of time and have ZERO customer service skills. The ice cream is good, when they are able to serve it with ingredients they have in stock. Will never return to this location, will go to the other one just north. Not the cleanest location either.
