Came in and got their happy hour special nachos and a pitcher of beer that was charged full price and then lie to you saying that was happy hour price even though regular prices on the menu.Ribeye sub is nothing to be proud of or to even brag about. Go anywhere else but here unless you're looking to hang out and have a beer go somewhere else for food. Also you get charged an exte charge on your debit or credit card if you don't pay with cash

It’s a shame someone can’t get this place going again! Like everyone says hands down best steak sandwich in town and I agree ! Apparently the owner of building wants 7k rent that’s a big nut to crack to turn a profit! So sad to see such a great place go out of business! Hope they can reorganize ??

Haven't been to the Boiler Room for quite a while and was pleasantly surprised at the updates that have been done. The steak Philly and chicken Philly are amazing.

Like this restaurant a lot, go there a couple of times a week and always take visiting friends. Great food! However, Friday 11/6 had the worst experience ever. Two booths of adults had about 7 small kids (all probably under 5 years old) with them and let them run wild the entire time we were there. They ran round and round the pool table, squealing at top of their lungs, then surrounded the pool table (the parents bought them balls to play with) throwing balls and bouncing them across the table toward other kids. I kept waiting for one to get hit in the face with one or bounce off table and hit a customer and I'm sure it wasn't good for the pool table. Their parents never once told them to quiet down and every customer I looked at rolled their eyes or grumbled and some left. I think that manager should have told the parents to quiet them down before someone got hurt and to quit abusing the pool table. This wasn't Chucky Cheese !!! If you're going to take your kids to a restaurant, at least make them behave and not disturb EVERYONE else in the room. Kids need to stay in a seat by their parents so as not to make all the other customers miserable or at least act like small human beings! It's all on the rude parents who were enjoying their beers and ignoring their kids. Hate to take it off my list of favorites, but I'm not sure I'll go back ever!
