The chicken was not satisfying the box of chicken was served with,4 sides when I went home opened the box had the parts of chicken that I don't eat too much fleshy chicken parts.i think they should specify what is in the box on the outside so customer won't be disappointed especially when the customer lives far from the Kentucky location
I think they're scamming people here.I've been going there for years. And now for the last 2 months, they say they'll only except EXACT CHANGE or card ONLY!My child couldn't eat yesterday, because he had a $10 bill and didn't have exact change.It feels like a way to steal people's credit card info. Why else do that? Exact change?? And for a couple months already! This needs to be looked into. I'll go to Popeyes instead.

I visited this location as opposed to the one near my house because it's cleaner and the food is better. I ordered the KFC fill-up box and the famous bowl. The food was prepared fast and was hot. I did have to go back for sauce, but it was given without issues. The staff were having a meeting, but they were still attentive.
