Went to Applebees tonight and was disappointed. we sat at the bar and the bartender seemed to be busy. He was the only one there making drinks, taking orders, and also serving the floor. It took a while to put in our order. It seemed the taps were not working well as the beer would get full of suds and then he would have to wait for the suds to go down to fill again. It was actually half a glass full of suds. I had to ask for a glass with no suds.My husband ordered wings and they forgot to bring the blue cheese dressing. We asked the manager and the first thing she said was that it would be 50 cents instead of checking our order. They eventually brought it after half the order was eaten. When they brought his sandwich it was missing the fries. They said it would be right out but they came out after we had both finished our meals. The whole experience took a while but when it came to getting the bill, they were really fast. They took the credit card quickly. It’s a shame it was a poor experience. I will add that the manager needs to make sure they have enough staff to help the customers. I won’t visit THIS Applebees again.
