Panera is one of my mom's favorite to go places. Never again will we go to this location. They were uncooperative and rude. There was barely any meat on her sandwich.They forgot the chips and basically said too bad they were free, next time check. There will not be a next time at this location. Being busy is not an excuse to be rude!

Waited forever in line, they forgot our spoons and forks. Ordered a tomato soup and didn’t come with the croutons, after walking back inside (literally right after I just pulled away from the drive thru) they said u need to bring the soup in and the receipt to get them.

They didn't toast my bread on both sides after I requested a toasted
WHAT A RIP OFF. 10$ for a half a salad ? and they didn’t put all the ingredients that come with the salad ? no avocado ? no pickle onions no bacon bits. Just chicken ? one ☝️ egg and barley lettuce just stem. This place is horrible. The salad ? was so small, I’m pretty sure it comes in another container. Also if you wanted a full salad 16$. Lol ? thank God I didn’t pay for that.

Worst service. Waited 30 minutes for 5 soups and a hot chocolate. The worst hot chocolate I have had. Very disappointed with the place. Not coming back.

Placed a mobile order and the app wouldn't let me order a cinnamon crunch bagel, no worries I decided on an everything bagel.I arrive at the restaurant and get advised my order is ready. I continue to wait, after about 5 minutes I asked an employee about my order and she advised that my order wasn't ready because they are out of everything bagels. I was upset because why would you let me order something you're out of and why would you mark my order ready when it clearly wasn't.I had to wait another 15 minutes for a cheese bagel. I spoke to the manager on duty and "we're sorry" was the reply.I'll think twice before returning considering Starbucks and Dunkin are across the street.
