This was the worst customer service I have ever had. Drive thru worker Andrew was the most rude employee, we ordered our breakfast with a $2.35 bottle of water (which they didn't have) so we asked for a refund on the water and he refused and asked for all the food back!! We already paid for everything! Don't bother stopping here .

Wanted icecream on a warm afternoon, milkshake was the only option.
This was one of the best Hardee's we've ever been to. Super clean and the food was hot and fresh. All employees were very friendly but Jeremy went above and beyond for our visit. We'll definitely drive an hour away to eat at this Hardee's.

I came in on the evening of 1 November 2023 after being in a collision on I-10. The manager on duty was extremely helpful in getting me some assistance to get myself back on the road. I also had my best double cheeseburger of 2023 while waiting for help to arrive. Top notch customer service!! I can't thank the manager and the crew enough for what they did for me. I'll stop in again if I ever pass back by.

I had to finally ask if anyone was taking orders. Took forever on the food that was not good. Barely any ham on hot ham and cheese and barely and mushroom gravy on mushroom burger. While waiting on food they were arguing about ohh each other in from of customers.
