I'm not a huge fan of subway. I am a huge fan of good service. After church today we went to subway in Chattahoochee and got great service. It's usually hit or miss (usually miss) in subway but the gentleman that served us today was full of joy and had a great attitude about making us a sandwich when he'd never seen us before and didn't know if he'd see us again. He was very attentive to our sandwich customization and responsive to questions or comments (customer interaction) and then when we left he said, "thanks for coming in today, we hope to see you back soon". I NEVER hear that anymore from people who are not mom and pop owners who REALIZE the value of a customer instead of waiting on a paycheck. Absolutely blown away by the experience, I had to leave a review. I didn't get his name but in case the owner read this he was a 30 something medium build AA guy with a bunch of weave in a net. I hate that is the only description or identification I have but hopefully it gets him some recognition.Vegetarian options: Plenty of salad optionsParking: Tight parking lot but once you get in it's OK.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access into the door

I placed an online order. When I entered in the building there was a lady there who seemed like she just didn’t want to be there. Not friendly at all. I ordered 12 chocolate chip cookies with my meals. I checked my bag and there was nothing in there. I asked if there was any chocolate chip cookies she says no and I ask for my money back. She says “we don’t give refunds on Togo orders” so rudely. I said “that makes no since” and she says “im just relaying the message from my manager”.Something ain’t right. Either she was wrong or subway in Chattahoochee is pathetic and taking money from people.

01/24 after 4 pmIncredibly rude here. Walked in and the woman working made sure to make it well known I was not welcomed here. Seems to be the norm here after reading the reviews. Sad. As an owner I would want my guest and paying customers to feel at home and welcome. But this owners goals are on a different page.

On August 22, 2022 at approximately 4:00 EST I entered the Subway restaurant in Chattahoochee. From the moment I entered the establishment I was met with an extremely poor attitude by the woman working. She was the only employee I saw working. First of all, she was on her cell phone and told the person she was speaking with "Imma have to call you back I got some one up in here wantin' something." Then she proceeded to say to me "What do you want?" To the extent that me coming into the establishment was a huge inconvenience to her. I was the only customer in the building. I attempted to give her my order and she gave me an attitude about a sandwich I was ordering (I wanted 2 club sandwiches), she rolled her eyes and said "What kind of club? I got 2 kinds?" She was extremely rude so at that point I told her that "She needed to start her day over because I didn't need to be treated how she was treating me." I left and the store lost a $30.00 plus order because of her rudeness.I truly never give bad reviews unless warranted and if she is treating customers like this frequently you may as well not have her working.
